i just moved to parker and i have been to many steak houses across the country as i my job moves me. but i find this the best. the staff are all great and the manager, i think his name is logan is funny and very professional. the food id great and not at a bad price. it is above the holiday inn on the 4th floor and you feel like you are part of the family. after eating we decided to stay at the hotel as our house was not ready till the following day. the guy at the front desk was warm and inviting he also made us feel like this was our home away from home. i remember his name as it is the same as our son (robert) it was late at night and we thought because he was so nice that he had interest in the hotel and he said no he just moved here himself from california but he has only been here 2 weeks but he loves the area and the hotel. this made us feel great. if you are ever close to parker or even far stop buy this steak house and the hotel you will not be sorry. i suggest a reservation as they are very busy but they will seat you with a smile even without one. oh yeh tell robert hi also he will great you even if not a guest.

Pros: staff,atmosphere,parking,food

A group of us went to Trappers Chop House Last Saturday night and I have to say "What a fun place to go and hang out with your friends/ or spouse" We actually eat at the bar and the bartenders are wonderful they do know how to make you have a good time. The food was to dye for and the romancing the stone is the hottest thing I have seen in Colorado (that's something you would see in Vegas). The menu is pretty diverse and well worth the $$. It seems that the only thing they are missing is advertising I had no idea about this place until someone had told me. keep up the good work and please start advertising!!!

Pros: Menu, staff and ambience

Cons: The drive, would like it closer to my house
