GREAT SERVICE!!. Filed a claim with Asurion which was denied (said it was a Verizon warranty claim.) Went to Verizon store in SW Plaza and spoke with Ryan who immediately called Asurion and after a long, long conversation was able to get me a new phone at no cost. Wouldn't have happened without him. Great Job, Ryan!!
