Worst service and cut ever. I read all the wonderful reviews on here and the fact that they have won the best spa award, I didn't think I could go wrong! The owner was very rude from the moment I walked in the door, I almost walked out and wish I would have, My sweet little Coton now looks like a Schnauzer and the price quote on the phone was $35, I was told she would be a little extra because of some matts in her ears- grand total $62. Awesome Pet Place. This is the best place we have ever taken our dogs. Rina has been grooming our Bichon for four years now, and we couldn't rave more about her and her spa. Our dog looks beautiful every time. If I have a special request, Rina is always anxious to do exactly what I want and the staff here is always the friendliest and most accommodating. Love This Place For Our Pet. We took our dog Max to A Paw Spa in December for a holiday grooming and the groomer was very concerned about getting the haircut as we wanted it. My husband dropped off and he didnt really know what to say so she called me and we discussed it by phone. When I came to pick Max up, I saw that the store was not only clean but adorable inside. I asked to see the facility and the girl behind the counter gave me a tour. I was amazed how nice this place is and was happy to have found them. They even gave Max a Christmas gift bag with a toy! Terrible Customer Service. Rina was incredibly rude to me when I told her I was not happy with the way my pet looked. This was the first and LAST time I will take my pet to this place. She acted annoyed that I wasn't happy with what she did and told me that the cut she gave my pet was "standard" and "if that's not what I want then don't ask for it." I would think that she would be concerned about customer satisfaction----especially a new customer that she should want to return. I can only imagine how she treated my pet while I was gone considering the abrasive way she spoke to me.  View Less … View More
