Worst Auto Center.
This Wal-Mart Auto Center is the worst I've ever been too! I would not recommend anyone have your car serviced at this Wal-Mart unless your looking to have a problem in the future. I had my oil changed and purchased new tires and they messed up my car! I complained to management and got no response.....This is the last time I'll ever get any auto service at a Wal-Mart.

Don't get an oil change there!.
Wow, I have to agree with Airram479 - I had an oil change done and a week later my car seized up on the highway, went to a shop and I was out of oil!!! It had leaked the whole time. Unbelievable. My daughter worked for the walmart in Parker years ago and at least the employees there worked and cared to do a good job. And that still shows. Wish I could say that for this store. It is the store manager that is the problem or the solution...

The worst customer service.
I live right by this super-center, have been going there for almost four years now. In the four years i have been going it's getting progressively worse. You can tell that it's an "equal-opportunity" employer. Checkout clerks rarely greet there customer's, there always short handed, leaving you waiting longer in line.
At night-time between 1200 am-400am(i work nights)it is like a "free-for-all" in the store. No visible supervision, employees running amuck--sorry, but having all your employees smoking out front is just UNprofessional(hint-hint )Jonathan Fast.
Most of the employees look as if they were just released from prison, or are on drugs, and to top it all off they only have ONE register open--why do you have all these "self-checkout's" if they are not up and operating, what a waste of money!!
Sorry for sounding like a rant, but after being there yesterday, this has been a long time coming. 5-6 supervisors/managers all huddled up talking and laughing in view of the public while the lanes are clogged up--again, what a waste of money!! If they have nothing to do--why don't they go home.
Jonathan Fast you have no idea what goes on in your store at all. If i was your DM,or RM you would be looking for another line of work.
Update: My wife had our vehicle in for service on 2-20 for the 20$ special on oil changes. Two days after the oil change there is a massive leak coming from underneath the vehicle. Why??? they didn't tighten down the drain-plug for the oil pan!!!! These guys are the biggest joke in the book.
