This is the best Spa I have ever been.. This is the best Spa I have ever been. The front desk went out of their way to make me feel welcome and made me feel like they were paying attention to me, as I waited for my appointment. This spa is CLEAN, they have people that know you by first name basis. The Clinician's have wisdom and knowledge like no other place I have ever gone to. Also Dr. Capin is the medical director and every time I see her she says hi to me and makes me feel at home. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Capin's for over 10 years and she is the BEST dermatologist in town! Cara Mia is THE place to go for cosmetic procedures-the staff is professional and provides excellent care and service!

Professional front desk staff and very knowledgeable clinicians. Cara Mia is my skin care resource, especially since my dermatologist is part of the medical team and in the same office. Been a patient for over 10 years.

As a long time patient of Cara Mia Medical Day Spa and Dermatology Associates of Colorado, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the practice! The doctors and the staff are the best! They are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend them to all. You will not find better doctors and clinicians!

Rude, Nasty Front Desk Girls. The procedures Cara Mia provides are good and expensive. I've spent in excess of $12,000 on procedures. Twelve thousand is more than just pocket change for a lot of us. Even so, Cara Mia's spa-side front desk girls are young, immature, nasty, and unprofessional to their paying clients.

Their spa-side front desk girls start fights at the front desk when a client asks for help or rescheduling over the telephone. They can not be bothered to pull your chart if you need information. A client simply annoys them and they let you know it. They give excuses why they can not help AND throw temper tantrums when asked to provide help or assistants to clients. Their tone-of-voice is patronizing, rude, "snotty", and they stomp-off in a huff!! What kind of two-bit shop is this Cara Mia? If this is the kind of treatment you like for your thousands of dollars you are welcome to it. How does a shop like this stay in business with so many other good medical day spa's in the Denver metro? Maybe they will not be in business for much longer.
