Thank You for Screwing my Wedding for Tomorrow! We gave your store on 8000 E Belleview (Employee:Richard) a ring to get the diamond mounted in a different setting. Richard PROMISED the ring would be back by 2-29-12. He even wrote it on the Receipt. Now (Employee:INEZ) says that it can't be done and back until 4/7/12. WTF are we supposed to do till then? Pospone our wedding till you people pull your heads our out of your Asses. We don't want another ring, We Want the one YOU Promised would be back at a certain date and Time. You really screwed us over. "Sorry" does not even come close to doing anything about this. But that is all i'm getting from INEZ. "SORRY" describes YOUR COMPANY's SERVICE!!!! Since I work for an Internet company I'm really good at Blogging and such, so just get ready for me to make it my Life's work to Advertise How Crappy your service is and how you Fuc!ed my Wedding So Well..
I am extremely disappointed in the Jewelry Exchange's policy of no returns. My husband bought me a very expensive bracelet for Christmas that I don't want, and it can't be returned. Now I have a couple thousand dollars sitting in my draw - I could do so much with that money. In this age where EVERYTHING can be returned EVERYWHERE - I will never buy anything at your store and will recommend to all of my friends NEVER to buy anything there. The purchases are too costly to not have the option of return, especially if it was a gift and you didn't have the chance to agree with such a restrictive policy. I will post this everywhere I can.
I am so disappointed!. I had watched the ads on TV for years about the Jewelry Exchange and finally talkedmy husband into taking me to see what they had. We decided to purchase a diamond solitaire in yellow gold. They didn't have it in stock, but the clerk assured us he would get one and have it sized for me. A couple of days later Eric picked up the ring ad bought it home. I opened the box and the first thing I noticed was it wasn't yellow gold. I called and was told to bring it back and they would correct it. Then I looked closely at the stone itself. It is worse than a cubic zirconia. I could have gone to K-Mart and got a better deal than I got at The Jewelry Exchange. I AM SO UPSET WITH THEM I DON'T EVER WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

I was looking to purchase a ring exactly like the one I had purchased a few years ago from The Jewley Exchange however,it was no longer an in stock item. From the minute I called and spoke with Steve he went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. After a few calls he did locate what I was looking for at another Jewlery Exchange location. Steve had it shipped here to Greenwood Village and I picked it up this weekend. Wonderful Products - Wonderful People!. My daughter and I visited The Jewelry Exchange recently as she was looking for a ring and I needed to have the clasp changed on a bracelet. We are both extremely pleased with The Jewelry Exchange: my daughter got a beautiful ring that she just loves and I got the clasp fixed on a bracelet that I haven't been able to wear in over two years! While my daughter looked for a ring, I met various staff members who stopped by and we all had a lovely chat. I feel I made some wonderful friends and we will certainly return to The Jewelry Exchange whenever we're in the market for new jewelry, if we want to re-set a ring or if we need anything fixed. The people are as wonderful as their products and services!
