Tips for Urgent Care Of Colorado

July 16, 2012

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!! I went in yesterday with a severe sprained ankle. Dr. Cooper is the worst doctor I have ever seen. I hurt myself during a 5K and he came in and looked at me for less than 5 minutes. He told me that it will take 6-8 weeks to heal and I have to stay off my feet (meaning I can't be functional in my life for that entire time period). He gave me a week's worth of an anti-inflammatory. I have sharp shooting pain and cannot walk. I called today to ask if I can get something to help with the pain and I was told that I am being too hard on my foot, it's MY fault that it hurts, and to go get crutches somewhere. WORST care I have ever had in my life. I will never go back to that clinic again.

Go if Hernandez is the doctor that day. Care here is sporadic -- Dr. Hernandez is very personable and takes good care to thoroughly examine and discuss questions; Dr. Cooper less so. Like other reviews, I had an experience where the doctor (Cooper) did not do an examination and instead referred me another place but still charged for the visit. Just feels like insult to injury. If you have another option, take it unless Hernandez is on that day.

Horrible, do not go unless you have no other choice. Like a previous review I would give no stars or negative stars if I could.

Despite being an in network provider for Anthem they would not treat her unless we paid $100 up front, even though our plan has no copay.

Took my daughter in for a cut. Medical assistant was unable to take her temperature with an ear thermometer and unable to take an oxygen level reading with a sensor on her toe. The doctor came in (nice enough guy) and looked at our daughter and referred us to the emergency room. Charged us a $100 for effectively no treatment. Only went to them because they were in network, but will never go again. Most of the staff has a very poor attitude.

The great staff at Littleton Hospital had no trouble taking her temperature and oxygen levels.

Awful Experience. If it was possible they would get 0 starts. I had a minor wound infection, went in just to get some antibiotics. Between the waiting room and patient room I waited 2 hours before I finally got fed up and left. I could hear the doctor treating non-emergency cases that came in long after I did. I wouldn't take my dog to this place.

Still alive, but have had better experiences elsewhere. A smile goes a long way!. Some of the Dr.s there are fantastic, but it's sporadic. The male Dr.s are personable, but others are rude and short. If I was in the area again and was injured, I'd just go to another one. Seems unorganized. Eh.
