Jeanne and her staff offer an approach to yoga that gives you pause for reflection in your every day world. The Wise Women classes introduce the wisdom of the sages that suggest we be more of who we are. The asanas are gentle, restorative and non competative. Each participant is encouraged to honor their body and respect it's limitations. I'd recommend this studio for beginners and seasoned practitioners.
Pros: instructors are concerned with the individual and take the time to know each one
