As a man with long hair and a lot of anxiety, going to get my hair cut is much like a visit to the dentist. Wendy makes me feel comfortable, and makes my hair look great, even when I only get it cut once or twice a year. She knows what to do when I am lost on what I want. Highly recommended for anyone who hates going to the barber. The rest of the staff was friendly and fun as well, which made it feel like an easy visit instead of feeling like an interrogation, stuck in a chair for half an hour. Thanks Wendy

Having just moved to Denver, I was looking for a new hairstylist and found Star Salon through Citysearch. Wendy did a great job with my wavy, fine hair. In addition, she made an extra effort to make me feel welcome in Denver, recommending good restaurants and happy hour spots. She's wonderful to work with!

For years I went from stylist to stylist until I was reffered to Wendy by my best friend. My hair looks perfect every time she cuts it! To top it off, her rates are really affordable. What more could you ask for...

When you move to a new city, it's difficult to know who the best hair stylist is. I was fortunate to be referred to Wendy at Star Salon by a colleague. She's fabulous! My hair has never looked better and been more healthy. She's great with color, cuts and knowing the best products for my hair. Her advice on what is needed is always right on target.

I LOVE KAREN! STAR SALON IS HIP YET NOT PRETENTIOUS... I CAN GO IN AND FEEL COMFORTABLE AND AT HOME! I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS FRIENDS TO KAREN, ALL OF WHOM ARE GRATEFUL FOR THE RECOMMENDATION! Wendy is my favorite, I actually live in NYC and Wendy does my hair better than when I can't get back to CO so I bite the bullet and pay $400+ to get my hair done in SOHO.. Wendy is better actually she is the best. Also she is quite delightful and CHEERFUL..

Jed is awesome! He has been cutting my hair for about five years now and makes my hair the most hip thing about this mom of two. He is up on all the latest styles, color and techniques. I look forward to seeing him every month!

Go see Jed!!. I've been getting my hair cut by Jed for years and he is fantastic! My hair always looks great and I've gotten compliments from folks on the street weeks after it's been cut. So quality!
