terrible! worst customer service in lakewood- maybe even colorado!. Terrible customer service! At one time I was a regular customer, but after numerous bad haircuts and poor experiences, I vowed to never return. The incident that put me over the edge was the ultimate customer service debacle. I had already finished my shopping, but I still had a half hour before my appointment, so I went ahead and checked in and just sat reading a magazine. Pretty soon, I could overhear two of the employees talking about a customer that had called earlier that day. They were commenting on how awkward the person must be because their mom called to make the apppointment and was very particular that the stylist would be able to cut curly hair. They continued on for quite some time talking about how they were dreading the appointment and it's not that hard to cut curly hair.

The customer they were talking about was me. I was sitting right there!!!

Needless to say, I got up and left. And for the record, it is very hard to cut curly hair (as evidenced by the numerous bad haircuts I have recieved) and my mom called to make the appointment because I was driving at the time.

Never go there. The place is going downhill- don't let yourself (or your hair) get caught in the middle.
