this location was filthy. every table was dirty, condiment station a disaster, no ketchup or tartar or straws. fountain drink station hadnt been cleaned in quite a while. it appears the place has not been dusted in a long time. i called to discuss this with manager ashley who treated me with sarcasm before giving me a wrong complaint hotline #. when i called back to the store she refused to answer the phone. she would pick up the line and hang up. unacceptable. there were only 2 customers in the store and it was still disgusting. i was scared to touch any surfaces in the place and even had to wipe my own table in order to sit down. ashley tried to convince me that she was the owner/manager and that there was no one else for me to complain to. yeah right............. ljs is my fav fast food restaurant BUT I WILL NEVER RETURN WHILE ASHLEY STILL WORKS THERE.

The dirtiest place I've ever seen. I went there at 11:30am. The floors were filthy, and it appeared someone used a filthy, muddy rag to clean the counters and tables as the brown "streaks" were visible. The cook in the back had long hair, no hair net and no gloves. He was almost as dirty as the tables.

We were also told their chicken was recalled on Friday, yet I can't find anything about human grade chicken recalled...just a raw food company for dogs.

I wouldn't EVER eat here again, nor would I recommend this place to anyone.
