Wouldn't recommend this place - you get what you pay for!. I went to Skin Solutions for a microdermabrasion treatment. I must admit, I was lured in by their ridiculously low price ($35 for the first treatment, $60 for each treatment thereafter). I have already had Diamondtome three times before, so I'm somewhat experienced with microderm. Skin Solutions offers the crystal version of microderm, which I had wanted to try, so I thought I'd check them out.

I hate to say this, because really I'm not a snob, but it's just a low-class operation. When it comes to my skin, I guess I prefer a higher degree of professionalism, and want to know that the person who's sand blasting my face is top-notch. I'm not going to go into detail about the interaction I had with the girl who provided the service, because she was nice and well-intentioned. I was just VERY uncomfortable, and won't be going back to this place ever again as a result. Keep in mind: There's a reason why they are charging $60 for a service that has a going rate of $100-125. Because that's the only way they will get any business. This is the Wal-Mart of skin care.

In terms of the actual treatment, the only bad thing I have to say is that she didn't put anything over my eyes, and didn't warn me at all to close my eyes when she was starting, so crystals were flying all over the place and got very close to my eyes. There was no harm done, but I thought this was a precaution that should have been taken.

Great Value. I had a total of 8 treatments on my underarms and bikini here. Great job. I shoudl have kept up with it but didn't. I do go back when I am getting ready to go on vacation for touchups. The hair that grows is now much lighter, thinner, and spread out. Overall, especially for the cost, great service. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff too.

Great Find!!. Very profesional and trained staff. All of my questions were answered and prices very reasonable. There are also very good package deals.
