WARNING - THE OWNER IS A THIEF. I purchased a $300+ vaporizer and was told by the manager that I could return it if I had problems. 10 days after the purchase, it broke. I called her and she says no problem. I get there - she's not there and the owner, the THIEF AND BULLY, Jeff Post is there. He won't exchange or refund it. He says it's too bad and I'm out the money. Terrible company - terrible owner.

Buyer Beware. Won't shop here again after this policy was told to me. I did not see any sign of this when I purchased the pipe. Very poorly made pipe. just wanted to exchange it but they refused.losing business over a $10 pipe. seems kind of dumb to me
