I began doing Pilates at Plumbline Pilates just over a year ago and I would never go back to my life without it! Pilates practice has reduced my pain, improved my strength and flexibility, and given me a renewed sense of self-confidence. Jessica Rothman, the owner of Plumbline Pilates, worked to create a program that incorporates my needs due to an illness. Jessica has taught me how to safely and effectively exercise the body I have which is helping me get the body I want! Plumbline Pilates is a place that embraces everyone and provide a safe and supportive environment for all - even those gym-phobic individuals like myself. I am grateful for having found Plumbline Pilates and the fantastic instructors who work there. I greatly appreciate that Plumbline offers top-notch Pilates instruction in a way that makes it accessible for beginners and advanced students alike.
Pros: Great studio atmosphere and friendly and experienced instructors.

Knowledgeable instructors, small classes and convenient times----what more could I ask for---Plumbline Pilates has the goods!
