Jon 'Ric Response To Maya Z. Renault Review Below. Jon 'Ric Salon noticed the false and defamatory comment made by Maya Z. Renault below on 2/2/2010 and Jon 'Ric is compelled to respond to this. Jon 'Ric does not subscribe to Citysearch due to the possibility of these types of false comments that go unmonitored and unchecked. Jon 'Ric cannot speak to the legitimacy of the other competitors' reviews made by Maya on the very same day, but Jon 'Ric can speak to the review made about Jon 'Ric below. After thoroughly investigating the matter, nothing in the false and defamatory review of Jon 'Ric made below is true. Maya was never at the Jon 'Ric spa and, therefore, the service was never provided and her check was never cashed. Further, Maya represents that the Jon 'Ric lease expires in 2010. This again is false, as we will remain in our current location for in excess of 15 years from now. Jon 'Ric is an upscale salon and day spa located on the second floor of the Tabor Center where our clients enjoy an exceptionally clean facility and a beautiful view of the 16th Street Mall. Jon 'Ric is very competitively priced. We provide hair, nails, massage, skin care, and waxing. We are an international organization and our staff is highly trained and professional. Jon 'Ric provides validated parking in the heated Tabor Center parking garage.…
Not a zen atmosphere...rookie waxing. She removed by waxing approximately 1/3 of my right eyebrow. No exageration. I was extremely angry and called to complain. They said my check would not be cashed however a month later it was sent through the bank. The atmosphere is loud and the staff is 3rd rate. Not very professional. I will not single out anyone, but the manager who I will not name has the class of a prison warden. Not a place you want to visit for a spa day. The other reviewers must be friends or employees. I predict they will not make it though 2010 at this location. I hear their lease will expire soon.…
Wonderful customer service. Had to wait to pay due to some computer glitches as they installed new computer system, and could not verify my gift card. Owner felt my time more important than her getting paid. Provided service for free and followed up with a gracious phone call, and another use of card. They know how to treat their customers!…
Heaven!. I thoroughly enjoy spas but this one was heavenly! The atmosphere is that of a destination spa, very soothing! I received a facial from Emily in a very comforting room with dim lighting and quiet music. I had mentioned that I had a tight neck and she not only did the best facial I have ever had but also a shoulder and neck massage! I came out of the treatment room feeling fabulous. My skin was glowing as well. I will definitely be back to treat myself to another day of luxury!!!…

I started going to Jon Ric in January 2008. I have worked in a salon before and know the types of things to look for. Being the needing person that I am I hate switching salons! I went there and made
my appointment with Sarah! She is the best, hands down!!! She is so personable and tells you how it really is when it comes to your hair. My appointment turned out to be ground breaking! I didn?t want to cut my hair, but I had to for my hair to get it in a healthy condition. She walked to me through everything and even though I was scared I felt awesome doing what my stylist told me because it would help me in the long run.
I haven?t stopped going to Jon Ric and I won?t! People come up to me and ask me where I get my hair done and I always say Jon Ric on 16th Street. I even have Sarah cards in my wallet that I will give people because she is that good! If you want an awesome salon experience with the confidence that you?re going to leave the salon looking like you wanted to then you NEED to make an appointment ASAP!…
