Poor haircut. I called to make and appointment and explained the type of hair I had. I was assured that this stylist could cut "every type of hair." I spoke with the stylist about the cut I wanted and what I did not want. She cut my hair in exactly the manner I DID NOT want it cut. Unfortunately after the first stroke of the scissors it was too late. She attention was also devided between myself and another client. The blow out was her best effort but she cought my ears, tangled my hair in the round brush, and placed the heat on my scalp several times.

The salon explains its policy for dissatisfied customers "within 7 days, and with the same sylist..."

This stylist seemed unsure of herself so I didn't want to be overly difficult and get a far worse cut. I would not return to the same staff member to try to correct the error either. It would have been better for the receptionist to be honest with me about a better stylist to choose and it would have been nice to see a supervising or senior sylist assisting the staff.

Will not return, and will have to wait several monthes for my hair to grow out to find a new stylist.

Great experience with Victoria at Bang Salon!. I recently went to Victoria at Bang Salon in Park Hill while my esthetician was on maternity leave, and had an outstanding experience. I got a brazilian bikini, which is not an easy service to see just anyone for, but Victoria was very fast and made me feel so comfortable. The salon is in the cutest neighborhood and is very friendly. Thank you for the great customer service and overall experience.

Great Salon in a Great Neighborhood!. I recently went to Bang Salon in Park Hill after a read about them as Top Salon in 5280. Since I live closer to Park Hill, I decided to try that location and I couldn't be happier with my hair! I saw two different stylists for color and cut because that was how the schedule worked, but I LOVED both of them. They were so down to earth and really knew what they were talking about. I am usually hesitant to take too much advice from a stylist, but, these girls are so professional and obviously very well educated! Also, the front desk and assistants were amazing as well! I will definitely tell everyone I know about this salon. Everyone is already commenting on my hair, which of course, I love! I look fabulous! Thanks Bang Salon! Can't wait to come back!

Best Color and cut ever!!!!!!. I totally changed my hair color and got highlights and a cut. Joanne asked specific questions about what I wanted and it was like she read my mind when she suggested the game plan. It was very clear that she was not only an awesome stylist, but she was also so very personable and sweet. I not only got the best color I've ever had, but I had a great time at the salon - everyone was so professional, couteous, and fun. Everything was absolutely perfect! Joanne was awesome!!!! I would recommend to anyone!

Love my lash extensions. My Lashes are Amazing!!!!

I?ve always envied those women who were blessed with naturally beautiful, long eyelashes. Thank goodness somebody else must have felt the same way and was determined enough to invent the next best thing! I no longer have eyelash envy! Lash extensions has given me a better set of eye lashes than I could have ever imagined possible. I?m not exaggerating when I say it?s the best money spent on spoiling myself and we all deserve some of that!I LOVE THEM,?? ALL MY FRIENDS SAY? YOUR EYES AND EYELASHES ARE MORE BRIGHT AND LUSHES!! I advise everyone to go see Aly not only does she have a heart of gold but is blessed with applying AMAZING lashes.

Classy, professional and VERY STYLISH!!!!. I think Chickee needs to learn a little more about what is stylish. I can't believe that she would have had that experience. I go to this salon very frequently to get many different services and there is never a negative word said about anyones hair. Everyone is always commenting on how happy they are that they finally found a good stylist. In fact, I live in the neighborhood and everyone that I know that goes to this salon has the cutest hair. Maybe she needs a reality check when it comes to what is stylish! I would highly recommend this salon to everyone, or even their Wash Park location, which I used to go to before my stylist moved to Park Hill. It is friendly, chic and I don't think the stylist could get more up to date on their styles. If you spend any amount of time talking to them, you discover that they go all over the world getting trained so that they do have the latest trends. How dare they be compared to Paul Garcia's! BangSalon has way more class.

Friendly Park Hill Salon. You have got to try this comfortable and sheek Kearney Street salon! Tida a seven year employee did an excellent job in condition treating my hair with a long and relaxing head massage. She kept my hair length but gave it shape around my face and body in the back, just as I had requested. I am very please with the service at this salon. They have great product like the Kerastase shampoo and conditioner which made my hair sleek and soft, along with the Bumble and Bumble thickening spray which truley volumizes the roots of my hair and the hair power spray for the day I give my hair a break from being washed and blown dry.

Terrible haircut by amateur, but nice, stylist. I had much higher expectations going to a salon where the owner trained (and is related!) to Paul Garcia. However, they have different levels of stylists and perhaps I chose the wrong one. I have a very dated haircut that will take weeks, if not months, to grow out. The Garcia family should keep only top stylists on board who know how to do a current, well-cut style. I think I need to go buy myself some sweater sets and trade in the car for a minivan with this pathetic do. Ug.
