When I came into the store with my dog the owner of the store started yelling at her and screamed at me to get out. She said there were dogs peeing on her products and she didn't want any more "monsters in her store". This has never happened to me at any other dog boutique. Obviously, I won't go back there. Zen - what a laugh.

Pushy Woman. Tried to sell me the most expensive items even though I came in for a dog bowl. She wouldn't stop pushing the sales. Woman was in her 40's, dark, curly hair. I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!
Pros: NONE.
