Don't Bother. Owner is arrogant and pushy. Easy to see right through her fake facade. Store seems more like a hobby in the wrong hands. Maybe she should find something she actually cares about and do that rather than trying to con the entire neighborhood. At least this place doesn't fool me and it sure as heck doesn't look like I am the only one.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, THOUGHTFUL SELECTION, FEELS LIKE A LOUNGE!!. I've been going to Zen Dog Pet Boutique for 3.5 years. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable in everything about your pet. I call her before I call my vet. I have her cell number as most of her customers do. THAT IS SERIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! She wont carry anything she doesnt believe in. I truly dont know of many businesses that are so integrity driven. She even tries most of the treats she sells. She wont hesitate offering a treat to you as well. Seriously you must try what she offers. My first experience was inquiring about new dog food. First she told me the food my dog was on was JUNK. She actually said JUNK! I appreciate that! But then she explains why. I left knowing more about pet food than I do human food. She doesnt just recommend a food she first asked me about 20 questions. She's constanly researching so you dont have too. The store has a cool lounge feel with red walls, cool flooring, bamboo plants, hip music, great pet artwork. I keep waiting for her to offer me a dirty martini. She also has a Wellness Clinic once a month offering great services for a very reasonable price. Services like nail clipping, eye and ear cleaning, sac cleaning, muscle testing and massage. Did I mention my dog adores her. Actually, given the choice I think my dog would choose to go home with Alex over me.

You will love her just as we do. You must check out her mascots Ruby and BOB. Even though the address in on 15th, you enter on Platte St.

WONDERFUL!!!!. I am not sure what is wrong with the people who wrote the negative comments?..they obviously were not in the right place or maybe the are just one of ?those? people. At any rate, I highly recommend Zen Dog to everybody! The owner, Alex, is extremely helpful, kind & understands that our pets are members of our family, not just animals. She gladly helped me find exactly what I needed! A+++++++

I love this place. Zen dog is a great little store to pick up treats, collars, beds, whatever you may need for your pet. I love Alex, the owner, and have had nothing but great experiences going to Zen Dog.

Awful Dog Boutique. When I came into the store with my dog the owner of the store started yelling at her and screamed at me to get out. She said there were dogs peeing on her products and she didn't want any more "monsters in her store". This has never happened to me at any other dog boutique. Obviously, I won't go back there. Zen - what a laugh.

PUSHY SALESWOMAN - LAUREN. Pushy Woman. Tried to sell me the most expensive items even though I came in for a dog bowl. She wouldn't stop pushing the sales. Woman was in her 40's, dark, curly hair. I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!
