Horrible Customer Service experience. Worst customer experience ever. I have been to at least 10-12 different spas in my lifetime, and Samaeo is the only one that does not have the decency to answer their phone. Secondly, I had to email to make an appointment and it took them forever and a day to respond. When I FINALLY got an appointment (I had a groupon and so of course I wasn't going to throw it away and waste my money) it was 2 months out because apparently only the last date of 30 or so dates of availability I gave them was available (I looked and there were not that many groupons sold). And if this is the kind of customer service they give all their clients, then I'm guessing they don't have a large client base either.

My advice: there are way better spas out there for your skincare needs. Don't waste your money (even if you are saving 50% by buying a Groupon). I'd rather pay full price somewhere else.

Best Facials in Denver!. I?ve seen Connie a few times now and not only is she a wonderful person but great at giving facials too! She is very affordable and does the best microdermabrasion in Denver. Since my regular esthetician left Colorado I had been searching for a replacement and I?m so glad that I came across Samaeo Skin Spa. Connie always goes out of her way to make sure your experience is great and she always goes above and beyond expectations. She is now the only person I trust with my skin and I recomend her to everyone I know!
