Terrible Terrible Terrible. Based on a convenient location I have been using this Vienna Cleaners for several years - but no more! Their quality has been decreasing for a long time and the staff at this place is like something out of an SNL skit: rude, gum-smacking, ill-spoken nit-wits, with the biggest nit-wit of all being "Cindy" the owner. The details of my story are similar to the other reviews I'm reading about this place: rude, poor quality, missing shirts, broken buttons, a hostile owner, and a WHOLE LOT OF NASTY ATTITUDE. When I spoke to Cindy about my experience, she told me "Yeah, well, good luck finding another dry cleaner." REALLY?!?!?! It is shocking in this day and age that a business as poorly run and staffed as this place stays open. A word to the wise - find another cleaners, as I have!

Awful customer service. This used to be a favorite place to get my expensive items dry cleaned despite the appearance of being unorganized and downright sloppy, i.e. piles of clothes everywhere. However, they recently lost two skirts and a pair of pants and the customer service I received trying to get the items back was atrocious!

When I went to pick up my items and it was discovered that they had been given to another customer, the person working at the counter was nice but unhelpful and kept telling me that her boss, Cindy, was dealing with the issue. I was promised a phone call back that evening or early the next morning at the latest. I never received a call from them, and was forced to call them almost 24 hours after the problem was discovered.

When I spoke with Cindy and expressed my frustration that she had not called me with a status on my missing clothes she brushed it off as if it wasn't important. When I demanded to know when the status of my clothes would be determined she hung up on me. I immediately called back, but the conversation went downhill from there.

In all, I found the owner to be unprofessional and unhelpful -- weighing the interests of one customer over those of the one who was wronged by her business (me). Instead of being apologetic, emphathic, or even kind, Cindy was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional.

It appears that missing clothes has happened in the past, despite Cindy's claims. I would strongly suggest that you stay away and find another place to take your nice things.

Got a problem. I've been using Vienna Cleaners at this location for a year now. I've had good experiences with the cleaning. Today I have a problem, however. I'm missing a garment that I left with them. The disturbing thing is, they wrote down 6 and 4 garments on my receipt, and on their own records, but scratched out the number 4 and made it a 3, apparently before it left their establishment. Now they're trying to convince me that I was mistaken and never left an additional garment. But that's not accurate. It was a lovely dark purple silk blouse.

I will contact them again today, and let you know how they handle this problem. If they don't make an effort to locate the blouse, and reimburse me for my loss, I can't continue to use the store.

My advice: write down everything you take in to this place.

DO NOT TRUST VIENNA CLEANERS!. I used Vienna Cleaners, on 19th Avenue in Denver, one time and unfortunately for the business, it will be the last. So many things went wrong, I don't know where to start. I brought in a handful of clothes to be dry-cleaned and one item to be altered. I had problems with two specific items. The first problem was with a very brightly colored sun dress, that was returned to me WHITE and with a punctured hole in the back of it. The second problem was with a brand new shirt, tags still on it, that was supposed to be altered two inches straight across the bottom. The shirt was returned to me with no sewing or any alterations of the kind, but instead it looked like someone had taken some scissors and chopped off the bottom of the garment, it was completely jagged and ruined. The fabric which had large sequins down the front, was also damaged, it appeared to be damaged by heat. Lastly they were going to charge me 15$ for "alterations" that never happened.

The woman in the store provided some comfort and patience, however when it was time to speak with the owner she was completely rude, and unappreciative of her own customers! She agreed to pay me for the two items that the business had ruined and issued me a check for them. However, refused to give me back my clothes. I understand that this is the policy of the store, but my question to her is, if this is the policy why wasn't this ever discussed with me before I was issued a check....Why because the owner has terrible people skills and doesn't know how to run a business efficiently.

All in all, I lost two articles of clothing, 26$ for the items they didn't damaged, and a whole lot of time and energy!

Please don't waste your time, bring your business elsewhere.
