We have been with BCD for a year now and I have never had a problem with the company. Our trash has always been picked up by 7:30 am and they place our trash can within our yard after pick up.

I have been with them for 5 years now and I have never encountered any of the things I read on here. I love that they move my trash cans up unlike wastmangement and allied waste. The workers always greet me when I see them in the morning. I can see myself with them for another 5 years easily. Im sure what you guys that gave them a low rating experience some rare occasions because they have almost everyone in my neighborhood and we all love them! Keep Up the Good Work Guys!

BCD Does Great For Our Business. I'm very pleased with the service that I've received from BCD thus far. Signed up with the company three months ago. Needed them to bring a large dumpster out right away because of the trash from the previous business here before mine and they delivered it overnight for 15 bucks. They always pick up on time and their customer service is always very friendly and helpful when I make my payment each month. Thanks BCD from ASAP Movers in Denver!

Should have just paid more. Their service during the time I was with them was horrible! My trash and recycling was overlooked far too many times, and I had to repeatedly call to schedule another pickup days later or just wait until the following week. Another time I was home when the truck went down my block right past my home and trash that was outside. I had to chase the truck down and convince the driver I was with their company. The last time it was skipped, I called and left a message and nobody got back to me. That's what I get for trying to save a couple of dollars. Save the irritation and go with a reputable company!

The worst service and rude employees. HORRIBLE! We have had this service since July and they have not picked up our trash 3x now. When I called and complained the third time they said we didn't have our trash out. HMMMMM. I said it was out and I would like them to come pick up our trash especially since this was the 3rd time.They wanted to charge us so I said no. There was no supervisor available the 4 different times and days I have called. When I tried to cancel the girl muttered "oh my God" and when I called her on it she said she never said it! I tried calling AGAIN this morning-Monday at 8 am_ surely there would be a supervisor. NOPE! When I ask for corporates number the girl refuses and says I need to speak with her supervisor first. She puts me on hold for 10 minutes and I finally just hung up. So the issue is still not resolved and there is no supervisor til noon!

Great Service and Rates. I just started service with these guys three months ago, and I have to say that they provide the best service. They also give various options on how to make a payment. I have now signed up all off my four kids in Denver, and have recommended the service to my friends.

Best Cleaner - the worst service ever. Rude, disrespectful and what they say on their website and advertising is completely false!!! They say they will pick up your trash an place your trash 10 feet up your drive way, but they didn't tell you that it would be in the middle of your drive way. They wouldn't pick up trash or recycle in a timely manner and "if" you had the audacity to complain, they would try to twist it to make it your fault! Providing good customer service is more about listening. BCD does not listen then defend the indefensible! The only reason they get 1 star is because they are cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for!!! I would never refer them to anyone!!!

Best Cleaner -- great service. I really do like the service, they always pick up on the days they say they will. They always leave my trash cans 10 feet in from the curb. My only problem is that when I call the office, I get a busy signal 80% of the time. Once I get someone on the phone they are always friendly, and very helpful (I was late paying the bill, and they waived the late fee and still picked up the trash that day). So maybe if they just get an improved phone system, they will be perfect!

They suck!. We've been with them for a while and it has been 3 times that they didn't pick up our trash. when i called to cancel our account and ask for money back, the lady who picked up was rude and we can't get our money back. i would not recommend this for anyone, pay a little more for another company and get better service.

Best Is the Best. Wow, the best service i have ever had. Its also low priced, along with great service. Lids on trash cans, placed up by my garage,out of the way to park my car in the driveway, and best of all, reliable clean service. Very Well Recommended
