Horrible Service, Disappointed. We have had three terrible experiences with Sister’s. The first one I thought was a fluke, the second one we decided to never order from them again until suckered by the sign that read “New Management (for real this time)”. Needless to say, three strikes and we are done with second chances. For years Sister's has delivered pizza to our house, which happens to be just outside the delivery zone, but the store had always come through for us. So in hopes that the sign would deliver, we ordered our regular large pizza and a two liter, only to wait the hour and to be called by the store saying that the delivery driver did not want to make the entire trip to our house because of our location. He had the pizza in the car and refused to drive the extra two blocks, but we could come get it. Meanwhile we had been faithful customers even after two bad experiences and spent so much money ordering pizzas with delivery in the past! Not to mention our needs as customers were not even considered; that we had been waiting an hour for dinner, the order was processed with no questions or concerns about location (because our information was in the system already) and the pizza was in the car!

Get it together. Sisters used to be my favorite spot. Over the last few months they keep hitting new lows. Bad food, even worse service.

??u tu brute?. sisters pizza has been our family restaurant since it opened. i read there reviews and look down upon them. i have owned a pizza parlor and know the struggles they face. people don't realize what a dinner rush really is till you actually work a rush. its also first come first serve basis and still people don't understand what that means. these pizzas these guys make are hand made and the dough is not stretched like how they do it at pizza hut and other commercial places. great food takes time people and cannot just be thrown together and handed out like slop.

I thought the pizza was good. The place itself is very open and spacious. The staff was a bit unattentive. They didn't look busy at all for a Saturday night, so I wasn't sure why no one attempted to offer service. The pizza I ordered for my group was very delicious, however, it took over 30 minutes for it to arrive. I also placed an additional order for a slice of cheese pizza, and by the time it arrived to our table, we were done eating the whole pizza already. I recommend this place only if you don't have high expectations for service and if you have patience and time to hang out and wait for food. The food itself is very good, I definently think it would be a better experience if the customer service improved and if the time it takes to wait for the food was a bit faster.

We waited, and waited, and waited... and.... Read the other reviews below and you'll understand. This is just another poorly run Steve Naples venture. We waited literally 40 minutes for two plates of ziti, which came to our table luke warm with sauce that tasted like it came out of a can. Asked for mushrooms which are usually cooked and for some reason they decided to throw them on raw this time. I'm usually pretty cool and would've been if the food had come out, oh, I dunno, say 30 minutes earlier. Next time I'll just pop open a can of Chef Boyardee and throw it in the microwave. Enter at your own risk.

First review, burned pizza. The linguini and mussels are to die for. There are days when only this dish will do. The pizza is the best I have ever eaten but twice now I have ordered a pizza, picked it up, drove it over to a friend's house and found it burned. Black on the bottom and I mean black. We ate half of it, what a shame. On the second occasion I had arrived early and was told to wait 5 to 10 minutes. I am thinking that the young lady forgot about it.

If I order another pizza, I will open the box and check it before I take it out.

Possibly the Worst Pizza Joint in the World. Who owns this place? Is someone actually in charge?

I have never been to a more poorly run place in my life. The atmosphere seems like a chain restaurant but the chain would never let a place be run into the ground like this. While I was there I saw two people walk out before eating while another got into an arguement with the staff.

You might want to visit just for the comedy value.

Yummy!. I think this is one of those places where everything tastes good. The mussels are so yummy! And the pizza's are huge and very delicious!

I would reccommend anyone to this restaurant. We had excellent service and the guy that was fixing the pizza's was very entertaining and friendly. We did not have to wait very long at all.

Check it out and the White Wine Mussels are awesome!
