HORRIBLE PLACE TO GO!!! I would NEVER sign a contract with CLUB USA!! I signed a 6 month contract and moved 3 months after I signed up only going about 1 month which whatever I signed it and so I paid for it. We came in to pay it completely off so our contract was fulfilled and told them that we wanted it canceled as we moved and had not used the gym since before Christmas. The lady took our money and never told us that they would continue to draft our account unless we sent a cancellation notice via certified snail mail! I called after I found out that they took more money from us and over drafted my account and Michelle was extremely rude and said she wouldn't help me. Then she told us we had to email her to cancel. There is no where on the contract that states we have to email to cancel. We were told it was canceled when we paid it in full before the contract expired. DO NOT GO THERE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE & THEY DON'T KEEP THE PLACE CLEAN!!

A Perfect Gym For My Whole Family. Great gym, all new equipment, my wife loves Zumba & yoga classes, super clean, helpful trainers, very low prices, awesome Kid's program, family friendly.

Buyer beware... total BS don't go there... Had a month to month membership set up on EFT at Club USA and I cancelled the membership, but they kept drafting my bank account so I had the bank stop the draft... Now over 3 years later I am contacted by apollo collection agency saying I owe club usa 326.00 what planed are these theives from.... Ps the equipment is old and dirty try 24hr fitness you can get a 2 year membership from costco for only 299.00

Very unwilling to work with you. Club USA is very willing to take your money. They require you to sign a contract and they also require you to sign up with autopay. I do not recommend every signing up for anything with auto pay. When circumstances change in your life that you have no control over, Club USA basically says screw you we want our money and we don't care what is going on with you. I have had a member ship with Fitness 19 and although they do not have as much as Club USA they are very easy to work with and well worth it!

Great Gym!. This place feels like home. A few miles from my house and the only GYM in town not have jacked up rates.
