Wasaa at Ergun Tercan is Wonderful!!. I arrived 15 minutes early thinking that I would have to wait. Wasaa was able to see me immediately and was very nice and professional in her greeting. I received some waxing treatments and an eye lash tint. I had no pain during any of the waxing and she was very fast but delicate. She constantly checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable. I will be recommending this salon as well as Wasaa to all my friends and plan to come back for some different services in the near future!

Five-star service!. My first experience at Ergun Tercan was amazing. The staff was frendly and attentive and I had a wonderful experience as I was being styled and pampered.

Nikki is the best in town!. Nikki is the best hair stylist that I have ever used. She does a fantastic job with color to match skin types. After multiple hair cuts over the years, I finally found a person that I can allow to run with whatever idea she has and it looks better than I could have created with my own thoughts. In fact, it's worth while to visit her for comedy hour because she has one of the best personalities in town. It's a two for one deal: Comedy time and great hair-doo will come out of the deal!

The Turkish coffee is great as a starter and then move to the wine.

Rude and trashy receptionist. the receptionist looked trashy, and was rude. she wasn't very helpful and she was generally confused. made the experience bad in general

Think Twice Before Visiting!. I normally don't write reviews for services I receive, but decided it was important to write this review for anyone who might consider visiting this salon. On my initial visit with Ergun, he seemed very knowledgeable - the salon was nice and in a great location, and the personnel were very friendly. I received color, cut and highlights - the cost was over $300 so my hair should have been absolutely fabulous! During my initial consultation with Ergun, he told me how average my hair looked and that he could do amazing things with it, including expensive extensions if I chose to do so. The salon is built upon high-pressure sales for the products and additional services, which include "treatments" you are able to receive while your hair is being shampooed - $35-$55 for an application of a Kerastase conditioner (or if you buy the container of the product, they'll let you try it for $15, in addition to the cost of the product which is $50-$55). This is a common practice with everyone in the salon and it is evident that the "assistants" feel uncomfortable pushing these services on people when they clearly don't want them. For whatever reason, Ergun has developed a very inflated sense of his own importance, is pretentious, and runs his salon as if he is in New York, LA or Europe. Denver has some extremely talented stylists who charge a fraction of what Ergun's services cost and the results are much better, plus the fact that you can be guaranteed not to have to experience high-pressure sales tactics every time you visit. It is surprising to me that people continue to support a salon like this and pay the outlandish prices only to receive mediocre results. Perhaps if these customers chose to stop supporting businesses who partake in making fools of the customers who patronize them, businesses like this would not exist.

Sonia is an artist. Visiting Ergün Tercans Salon is always a relaxing experience. They take good care for you and your hair. They use best products and pamper you.

Sonia exaxtly understood what I wanted and did the hair cut in the right way. I am looking forward to going there again in a few weeks.

Nikki is Fantastic!. Nikki knows how to cut hair! Super cute haircut and received so many compliments on the color and cut today! She took her time and did a fantastic job. Bought product for shine and conditioning....Love it and already booked two more appointments!

Britney Sanchez is the best!. Britney does the world's best blow out and style. She can make your hair look so amazing for any occasion - night-out, wedding, special event....the list goes on. I don't know what I would do without her!

There is no finer hair experience in Denver. It had taken me a long time to "get rid of the grey...better yet, the white head". When I decided it was a disaster that Ergun Tercan had to correct. One of the most enjoyable experiences in Denver. From the moment you walk in until you walk out, you feel extremely welcome, pampered and cared for. It is a collaboration of talent and hair knowledge that transformed me TWICE and thankfully look atleast 10 years off without plastic surgery. Just the magic of caring hands that know what to do with hair. Look at the before and after because today I ran around Denver tossing my hair and smiling at all who caught my eye.

Yes, that was me with the beautiful hair!

A most sincere thank you to Ergun, Soner and staff for unequaled service and making feel so beautiful.
