Great place, excellent drinks and ambiance and energy. It was easy to talk even though the restaurant had many happy customers. Went for a late brunch on Sunday May 13th with two others. We all ordered the 4 (FOUR) egg omelet which had excellent ingredients and very tasty with great flavor. However, there were hardly any ingredients except a good sized slice of mozzarella cheese. AND the FOUR egg omelet must have been made with 4 quail eggs, as it was not FOUR chicken eggs. We each looked at other in amazement at our.1 (ONE) egg selection. We asked the waiter and the manager came over and explained that it was cooked in a certain type of pan and that's why it didn't look like four eggs. I couldn't believe the explanation. Overall very good drinks and food.

Great Venue....horrible service. I visited Vita for the first time on one of Denver's gorgeous 60 degree winter days. It took over 20 minutes to get a glass of wine (it was not busy), I finally had to ask the server if I could order and he rudely told me I needed to wait. The service was horrible, I got the impression that the staff felt we shoudl be lucky to be patrons at their restaurant. I live in the area, Vita has such an ideal setting with a beautiful view of downtown Denver, the perfect summer day hangout. My experience was shared with our fellow patrons that had the same experience. I would think that a local restaurant would appreciate the the business of local patrons and give them an experience they want to come back and enjoy.

DELICIOUS!. We celebrated my bf's 30th birthday this Friday at Vita and it had an awesome time. We had reservations and got there early so had mojitos on the roof top and the view was amazing. Our server for dinner was wonderful, very attentive, and made great suggestions. Neither of us knew if we liked scallops so we tried the scallop app on our servers suggestion and it was absolutely delicious! Our dinners were both tasty, as well. The server heard it was my bf's birthday and gave us a comp champagne toast. The jazz music was great during dinner. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Vita and cannot wait to go back!!!!!

Our Neigborhood is so great!. I have lived in North Denver my entire life and am sorry to say that I have never experienced Vita until this past weekend. I tend to frequent the "older" neigborhood restaurants like Gaetano's and Rosa Linda's, but heard about this spot from a close friend who swore it would be great for a "special occassion".

My wife, son and I were celebrating my son's 24th Birthday this past Friday night, so we gave it a try. The place was absolutely packed and we had to wait for about 30 minutes for a table. However, once our table was ready, we were all delighted that we were seated in one of their special round booths that we had been admiring for the previous half hour.

Our server Tim was exceptional. My wife tried one of the martinis off the menu and was thrilled, while my son and I enjoyed their Italian draft beer. Dinner was very nice, the only thing that perhaps could have been better was my steak was a bit overcooked. Immediately after dinner a manager approached with a round of complimentary champagne and some very kind words for my son and his celebration, great touch. We had their delicious doughnut dessert and left wonderfully impressed. We will return in the very near future, perhaps on a week night when the roof isn't bumper to bumper!!
