IThe upsides to this spa: the steamroom, the hot tub, the service, the most fantastic facial of all time, a great mani and great products. Sunniye was phenomenal. I kept her card because I refuse to see anyone else from now on. I don't remember the manicurist's name, but she also was outstanding (she had brown curly hair.) The only downside to this spa- the fact that it is not in Kansas City! I just returned from vacation in Denver, and stayed in the Inverness Hotel. I tried out the spa and fell in love. I will be back!

The spa is beyond beautiful...with a hot tub for relaxation before treatments! I have gotten facials all over the world, and I have to say, the facial that I got by Sunny was the best ever! I had heard about her from my sister, and so I decided to try her out. My sister had gotten a hot stone massage from her, but I really wanted a facial. I was not expecting much, but was blown away by her touch and her knowledge. I will go back! My skin looks awesome, and I when I left I felt like I was floating on a cloud.

Bad Nail services. The spa at Inverness is quite beautiful with great amenities.

The nail services were VERY weak. uneven polish application, didn't clean cuticles or under the nails. I am going to my local spa tomorrow to get both a mani and a pedi for less.

Not Relaxing or Serene because of front desk staff. Not a relaxing place. Don't choose this spa. The people that work there are constantly giving tours. The spa should be a serene place where you are not disturbed. This is not the case at Inverness. The staff tells you to stay and enjoy the amenities (pool, steam room), but then they are constantly checking up on you during your relaxation. When I spa I don't want the front desk staff peeking into the locker room and steam room area all the time. Also- staff was not very friendly. If you want to be the queen for the day and relax-Don't Choose this SPA!

Horrible Front Desk Staff. I was only 10 minutes late to an appointment I had booked that same day and they were sooooo Rude and told me I could not get my spa service that day. I had been there before--they should have treated me with more respect. They have lost my business FOREVER. I had planned on getting a massage there every month. Too Bad for them. The front desk staff is so arrogant and snooty. I definitely do not recommend this spa.

Spa Fabulous. By far one of the most relaxing and enjoyable times at a spa. Service was great with friendly and professional staff. No up sales at the end and gorgeous facility. Would recommend highly for a great relaxing experience.

My experience was amazing.. What a fabulous new spa. I give it a 10!!!! Highly recommend!!! The service's were fantastic and there was no high sales pressure. Just a nice relaxing day away..

Mile High Heaven. This is without a doubt the best new spa in denver. For a few hours you feel like you escaped to the spa vacation of a lifetime!
