Horrible Horrible Customer Service
by Amber C at Citysearch
My boyfriend and I have been ordering from this place for over 3 years and never really had a problem but we ordered from them last night and had the WORST customer service ever!!!!!!!! They brought us our delivery and it was missing on entrée so we called them to tell them and they pretty much told us it was our fault and that we should have them and said it was our fault because we had 3 sep orders so that was what we got!!!!! Then I asked them when they could bring me my order and they said they did not know because they could not talk to the driver and they could not do anything about it and never so sorry at all!!!!! So then we cancelled the order and again they said it was our fault.
We will never order from here again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- Pros: Sometimes good food

There are a lot of options, but all the ingredients are high quality and fresh. I try to get back there every now and then event thoguh it's really out of the way. I highly recommend this place!

- Cons: smalll parking lot; no beer wine or liquor as far as I can remember
