Their prices are way too high. Minus parts I was charged over $400 an hour for a simple electrical problem. I am on a fixed income and felt cheated after they were done. I would never recommend them to anyone.…

GIANT RIP-OFF! Applewood provided a quote of $8132 to replace an indirect fired water heater - more the FOUR times the price of just about all the other quotes I received. I had the job done for less than $1900 by a local plumber in Elizabeth CO (Assurance), and got an excellent result. This water heater connects to a boiler so is a little different than a normal water heater. But $8132 for something everyone else is quoting for less than $2000 is HIGHWAY ROBBERY - stay clear! There is NO WAY Applewood can justify this pricing.…
