I came to the store twice while I was picking out my dress, and was honestly disappointed considering the rave reviews I had heard. The consultant was very friendly, but did not seem very
knowledgable about the dresses and fits. As I came in without any idea about what I wanted, I was hoping it would be more full service where the consultant would pull dresses for me that she thought would compliment my petite frame. I was also tremendously disappointed in the quality of the dresses they have in the salon for you to try on. Since they use clamps on the dresses when they're too big, many of them have torn lace and zippers that don't work. I couldn't bring myself to buy a dress that looked like it had been trampled on by hundreds of brides before me. The Vera Wangs and Monique Lhulliers just looked sad-- even the sashes looked like they'd been run over. Honestly, some minor changes in the way they treat their dresses (like not letting girls zip themselves which catches and tears fabric and not using the clamps that just destroy lace) would make this a much nicer store. I just couldn't bring myself to spend thousands on a dress that may or may not end up living up to the quality promised with the state the samples were in.

Wow!. I had the time of my life here! This shop is the best I have ever been in! The selection of dresses was amazing! The staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel like the bride I wanted to feel like! Stacey was so helpful and caring for my needs and desires. She was willing to deal with all of the people (7 in total!) that came to my first shopping experience and make everyone happy! Including me!!! Thank you SO much Stacey!!!…

I own a luxurious spa in Cherry Creek, so needless to say I have pretty high standards for customer service. After my recent engagement, the search for my perfect gown was all the buzz at work.
NUMEROUS clients suggested Anna Be in the highlands and raved about the lovely location and incredible service. Given my residence and business are both located in Cherry Creek, I had done a great deal of shopping there before finally calling and making an appoinment at Anna Be.
From the moment I walked in the door it was already different. I was greeted warmly and offered my choice of water or champagne. The young lady alerted Nikki whom my scheduled appointment was with, who then quickly came out to greet me.
Nikki was nothing short of amazing!! She got all of the details of my exciting engagement and wedding plans and was very attentive when I explained what I was looking for in my wedding gown. It's obvious the staff at Anna Be enjoys their job... I really liked that!
Ladies: this is the most exciting day of your life and you have to be surrounded by people who can appreciate that.....from the search for your dress until you walk down the ailse. Well this is the place! I truly felt pampered and doted on. NIkki was pulling dress after dress and patiently waiting right outside my door while I tried on endless gowns. She even took photos of me in my dresses for my maid of honor who couldn't be there with me, as she lives in Seattle. The photos continued and the gowns kept coming....and a sweetheart named Sarah kept walking by offering a smile, her feedback, advice and more champagne...LOL it really was great! Girls....its the one day you're allowed to be a total diva....you have to get your dress here!!!!
I eventually narrowed it down to about three dresses The last gown I tried on was it! It was perfect! My excitement and relief was so evident to Sarah and Nikki that they cried "oh my gosh we ALL have to toast together!...You found your dress!" And the three of us did.
Great selection, the rush order was easy, and today when I dropped off my deposit and I walked in, girls I hadn't even met knew who I was and that I had just gotten engaged in Costa Rica. To me THAT'S a pretty impressive level of customer service. I now have
girlfriends that arent' even in my wedding party buying there vera wang cocktail dresses from Anna Be because of how happy I was with my experience.

Favorite bridal salon across multiple cities and states!.
Anna Be’ is a bridal salon not to be missed. On top of the great location with easy parking, the store space is open, warm, and cozy, and the staff caters to you as if they were your best friend. The
store was, by far, my favorite store that I visited across multiple cities.
I went in searching for a dress to wear to my wedding this June in Seattle. I had a tight budget and was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to find anything that I would like. However, I was proven wrong. Michael found me gorgeous dresses that all fell within my lower price range, and assisted with making each sample fit my body perfectly for each of the try-ons. He was extremely helpful and friendly, and went out of his way to take measurements on a dress that I was on the fence about. The goal was to have everything on file if I decided at a later time that I wanted to purchase the dress.
I went back a second time to take a look at a few more dresses and Michael had pulled the dresses that I had been looking at previously. It was great that he had taken the time to review my file and make my visit easier by me not having to search for the dresses again once I got the store.
I had a wonderful experience at Anna Be’ and would absolutely recommend this bridal salon to friends and family. The customer service was excellent, by both Michael and the rest of the staff. Everyone was extremely welcoming and attentive to help me find my dream dress. Additionally, the prices ranges are varied with a wide range of styles and designers. And all are drop-dead gorgeous. Unprofessional staff, Snooty. Top of the Town? Ha..
I went to Anna Be to purchase a Vera Wang wedding dress. And I did. Unfortunately. I'll put it out there, if you are rich and ready to buy Anna Be will kiss your toe. If not... you might find
yourself in my situation.
Initially, the staff was sweet as pie and gave me a cheap glass of champagne even. But, the sweet went to bitter and downright rude when my dress - which they ordered far too big - was falling off of my body. It was undeniable to everyone in the store.
They declared that, "this was normal", and "it could be fixed" of course, "all dresses need alteration". But, the size was ridiculously too big on me, to the point where the whole dress needed to be cut and re-made to the tune of over $600. And when you spend over $3,000 on a dress it should fit you pretty well, not be falling off of your chest and hips. (Notably, this store probably recieves kick-backs from their seamstresses so they have a financial incentive to order you a dress too big).
So, I just couldn't accept that dress. After leaving the dress at the shop, I had a number of heated arguments with the manager. She was crass and yelled at me on the phone when clearly this was not my problem. Note: Anna Be will make you sign a contract stating that if you deviate from the size they advise you to order, its your problem. So, it was my argument that the converse should also be true. If they order you a dress too big they should either 1. fix it for a reasonable fee. or 2. order the right size.
Ultimately, I had to call corporate Vera. They were very understanding, they had a new dress ordered for me in 15 minutes time using the sizes Anna Be measured. Meanwhile, when I went to pick it up at Anna Be, they had some newly hired MAN help me get into the dress. The other staff I worked with formerly would not make eye contact nor comment how much better, albeit still a bit too big, the dress fit.
The staff commented to the male attendant that he needed to "hurry up" and "there were other customers waiting". Read, More important customers. This is while I was trying to try on my dress. Come on! Not to mention I had to make an "appointment:" just to come in and try on and pick up my dress.
To Anna Be if you ever bother to read this: You know who I am, and it's a shame you felt the necessity to treat me the way you did. I'd recommend a lesson on interpersonal skills, anger management, and customer service.
To Other brides: First, don't settle for people treating you poorly. This is your day. This will probably be the most money you ever spend on an article of clothing and the experience should be fun and enjoyable and the dress should fit. Second, don't let people talk you into something you don't like or that doesn't fit and try to tell you that you should accept it. Think of it this way, no man would ever accept a suit that was falling off his body. Third, if you can avoid this shop and the snooty workers - do so - the experience is what counts! You will look beautiful in whatever you wear. Take care and thank you for reading this post.
My personal recommendation: Priscilla of Boston. It's a much better experience, a cleaner store, with friendly knowledgable staff for dresses in the same price range…
