Got what I paid for. Unfortunately I signed up on Bloomspot for a full set of eyelash extensions for $99 (Normally $225). Their website states that the set takes 2 to 2.5 hours. My appointment started with about 15 minutes of paper work and then my actual appointment took about 1 hour. When I looked in the mirror, my right eye looked ok, but my left eye was very disappointing. There was a big gap of nothing in the very middle of my left eye. I asked for the left eye to be corrected, after 15 minutes I was told that it was the best it was going to get. I left the salon and kept looking at my eyes in the mirror and I still did not think the left eye looked correct, nor did my co-workers think my left eye matched my right eye. I called the salon the next morning and they said that I could come in an hour before they opened on Saturday to fix my left eye. Long story short, they tried to resolve my issue but unsuccessfully. If I would have paid $225 for these extensions I would have been furious, but for the $99 I am just mad.

Terrible Experience!!. A friend and I went to this spa recently and had a pedicure done. The lady who did it was nice but it was fast, and it was not like any other normal pedi that I have had before at other nice spas. Only 2 days after the pedicure mine and my friends polish had come off. I then called the spa to see if they would compensate for this and the manager said she would get back to me. She then called all the customers from the same day to see if they had the same problem. Im pretty sure she was calling me a liar.Horrible customer service!!!!!!!! And Im still waiting to hear back from the manager/owner. Dont waste your $ here!

Wonderful service!. This was BY FAR the best spa experience I have ever had. I've already been back twice for services. I went in with my mom and sister for a total relaxation package and the Facial was just AMAZING! My skin glows now and I've even gotten rid of some post pregnancy blemishes. The massages are great and I really recommend getting in as often as possible. All of their therapists are great. I was a little disappointed with the nail tech's technique, but other than a shaky hand it was a great thing. Ask for a facial with Christine and a massage from Julie or Anne! They are the greatest!
