Great for a birthday!!. Despite the snow last week we all made it out for Adrian's birthday! Jing hooked us up with tyku bottle service all night long! It was freezing outside but we stayed warm all night long with one sake bomb after another.
Overpriced, Cougar Hang-Out. The food is average and severely over-priced. The lounge side is usually filled with cougars and the music is dull. The Robusto Room in Lone Tree is better for drinks (not really any food though).
Excellent Service. Service is SUPERB. GREAT ambience! food is always perfection. Go with friends on any weeknight for fun and drinks. Young hip place- you wont be dissapointed!
Great for business lunches!. I have been into Jing a few different times now for lunch with my clients, and I love it! The staff there is great, some of them are even starting to recognize me and know me by name. The service is perfect for my business lunches; the servers don't interrupt us, I barely have to ask for anything, and they almost always have the check ready for me so that I don't have to wait! I definitely recommend Jing for anyone that needs to impress a business client. I haven't yet been there for dinner, but I've heard the bar side is a blast at night so I'm looking forward to checking it out soon!
Great atmosphere & service, food was wonderful, but it is pricey.. Loved the atmosphere, service was great, food marvelously presented and tasted wonderful. It's pricey (three of us paid $25 per person for lunch) but I have to say it was worth it. Arrived at 11am Friday before the rush, and had our food 15 minutes after ordering. Recommend getting in early for lunch as the place was almost full by noon.
Overpriced, Bland, and Noisy. The decor was about the only thing my husband and I enjoyed about Jing. The water feature was a nice touch, and the white booths were elegant looking - athough we didn't get one as we were only a party of two and the booths seat several people. We were given a small table for two about two feet from another table for two, and we could hear their conversation as though we were dining with them. While the decor is very romantic-looking, the noise level in the dining room kept it from feeling romantic. The food was extremely overpriced for Chinese food. At the reccomendation of our server, my husband had the Peppercorn Tenderloin ($26) which he thought was nothing special, and I had the Yushan Chicken ($14) which was flavorless. For an appetizer, we also had the Blue Lump Crab Wontons which were pretty good, but there were only four of them for double the price we would normally pay for six at a Chinese restaurant. My husband also ordered the Hot & Sour Soup, but the server never brought it out. I had a Mandarin Cosmo which was strong, but then it should have been for $10! Overall, Jing was overpriced, the food and service were not very good, and even though the restaurant was pretty, the ambience wasn't great because it was extremely noisy.
Great place average service. I really like this place but the service is below par in the lounge. We had several different waitresses doing nothing, but talking a lot. Or waitress was a blondish brown hair girl. Ellyn, I don't know. she did a shot with some guys and was engaged in a conversation with these guys most of the night. She didn't pay to much attention and nor did the other girls. It was late, but still no excuse. I liked the mandarin cosmo and we have had the lamb chops before which our great! Love the decor of this place, but need some issues solved with service or some order in there. Go check it out, once at least.
Nice atmosphere and food. Recently went to Jing for dinner with a group of 4 people. The restaurant is very nicely decorated in dramatic hues of black and white. We had reservations at 7:00 and was promptly seated. The place was packed. It was hard to hear our server describe the specials due to the volume of noise in the room. We had the highly touted "buddha bud" drop martini's. 2 people in our group hated the "buddha buds" (the server claimed they are an aphrodisiac!) but my husband and I liked them even if they are very expensive. The food took quite awhile to arrive at our table but it was very busy so we didn't mind too much. The food was good if not the greatest asian food I have ever eaten. It was very busy, loud and noisy on a Saturday night so if you are looking for a quiet, romantic place for dinner this would not be the place I would recommend. But it was a fun place to visit and check out the crazy bathroom doors!!!! Make sure to lock them.
Excellent food. The food and basic waitstaff service was very good. The lounge scene had a few too many posers. There was an annoying an rather stuffy British man constantly strolling throughout the place. He said he was the owner, hopefully he will learn to be an absentee owner if you know what I mean.
Jing. I dined at Jing before this and was pleased, but my lounge experience was not pleasing. There needs to be better service there. They run around alot but then seem to conversate with each other. There definitely needs to be a few more girls in there for better quality of service. The food is not bad. The bar wasn't bad. The girls in there think they are to good for everyone. The place tries to come of polished and classy, but the attitude of the girls on that Wednesday nite was poor. We counted three girls working, I believe. Big place, but I don't know. It might just fizzle out.
