Be Wary. After several phone calls The Furniture Room finally agreed that not only had they promised to order an item for us as part of our initial purchase, but had even accepted a deposit for that item yet two months later the item still had not been ordered. While they have said they will live up to their promises we are still looking at a long delay, over two months is likely, before we receive the item. It took a call to one of the owners for us to get the problem handled which says what it does about their customer service. More will follow as the saga continues.

poor service. I've only been to their location on Cherokee closer to downtown Denver (I couldn't find a separate listing in Citysearch). Other people had raved about it. I wasn't impressed. I had something specific in mind, so I knew what I was looking for when I walked into the warehouse. I walked around the entire place looking at everything, and not a single customer service person asked if I needed any help. I understand the concept of this place is low overhead to keep costs down for customers, so I'm kind of torn about whether lack of service is something to complain about. But I still couldn't believe that they let me walk out the door without even a hello or a goodbye, let alone a "can we help you." Prices here were pretty good. Most of the furniture had "clean lines" which is what I was interested in. The warehouse was too large for the amount of furniture that they had on display--you would definitely NOT feel claustrophobic walking around this place.

Horrible costumer service. avoid avoid avoid

Although they have ok prices, (not less then others in their area though) The costumer service is horrible.

We ordered a bedroom set from this store in beginning of July, when they told us that this furniture was out of stock and it will take 2 weeks to get it in the store.

Now it is end of august and we still don't have the bed. We been calling the store almost every day now to find out where it is, but every time they tell us it is on the way from LA but never tell us where. How long does it take to get from LA to Denver, a day at the most! You can't talk to anybody there.

Anyway, just avoid this place.
