Great Experience. I just bought a small suv from Assan "Smokey" at Royal Auto a week ago and I feel I got a great deal. They are friendly, not pushy and easy to work with. I have credit issues and was worried that I was going to get screwed over and end up with a large payment. However, I got a fair deal without the hassle and got pre approved online before I even showed up. My payment is lower than I expected. I have some minor issues with my power windows in my suv that they are happily taking care of for me. I will and already have referred them to others.

Great Experience. What a great group of guys. Our salesman Nate, was on the ball. He went over the vehicle, explained all the features and let us have a very nice extended test drive on our own. We had been shopping at new car dealers and this was by far the best and most professional/fun experience we had. We dealt with Nate from beginning to end (there was none of this back and forth) and when we had a question he couldn't answer he didn't go into some back room to discuss it privately; he had the owner (I think) come over and they discussed the issue in front of us which was nice. Overall great experience. Very easy to work with! I highly recommend them. Oh and in the 8 vehicles I've bought from dealers I've never once received a "Thank You" letter until now!

super pleased!!!!!!!!. I have been to numerous car dealerships in the state of Colorado and none of them can compare to royal automotive. The best customer service. Jay was on top of everything. He didn’t bull shit around , was very straight forward on every car I was interested in. I have purchased two vehicles from them just in this years and i love to say im very pleased.
