I would avoid this place. very unfriendly staff and manager, with way to many dogs and a very unqualified staff.
Great staff! My dog loves it!. Digstown is professional and clean. My dog loves going here! She gets so excited every time we drive by! We use Digstown for doggie daycare as well as boarding. They have been flexible on drop-offs and pick-ups when leaving early for skiing or when getting stuck in traffic when returning. I appreciate the convenience of their ability to offer the Bordetella vaccine and baths! Great, friendly staff! I never worry about my pooch when she is in their care!

First we have been taking our 3 year Weimaraner theremfor over a year and always nice people who say the love our dog and she is so sweet
And now we have two so we take both of them there,anyway we pick them up and the older one has a huge open gash on her side bleeding all over car,we go back and nobody knows anything about it,and sees how upset my wife if and they no assistance of finding her an animal hospital or anything,so after the hospital and a 500 vet. Bill and she's put to sleep to get stiches and stays the night,no call from digs town to check on her or anything and won't return our calls or anything.horrible cuts service and they obviously do not care at all about the dogs

MY DOG LOVES THIS PLACE. My dog has been going to this place since it first opened. I have NEVER been treated rudely. I'm always impressed at how nice the staff is (no matter what age they are). The place is clean and they have never once complained when I was running late to pick her up. My dog is normally nervous around other people, but she races to their staff as if it's her 2nd home. Stacey and Brian truly love dogs and it shows. As for the holiday fee, I think it's completely reasonable. They bring in extra staff to make sure our dogs are getting the best care, and this costs money. When I leave her there for extended vacation, I can relax knowing she's in good hands.

I am another person who used to use this place a lot and had great service by friendly people in a slickly appointed new building. But now that I am an occasional customer for overnight kenneling, it seems they don't care about my business. You can't get them on the phone (ever), they are less than engaging when you walk in the door, but most concerning is the fact that my dog came home so lame he literally could not take two steps without collapsing in pain to lick his feet. When I complained (by email, no phone contact possible), I was told essentially that it was my own fault because I never came in any more and so what did I expect, and 2, it was the dog's fault because he wouldn't let the people touch his feet. This, after months and months of receiving daily reports on his feet -- either they were fibbing to me then, or he suddenly developed this foot phobia (might he have been touchy because his feet were so sore?!)
Anyway, this place has a nice idea and I'm sure there are those who still get all the service the extraordinarily high fees merit, but this customer is voting with her feet (and her dog's paws) and finding accomodations where they actually care about her concerns.
Great service! Fantastic business!!!!. Every time I have taken my dog here, I have felt welcomed and appreciated as a customer. Their staff is incredibly nice and genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. The staff is very good at being attentive to the dogs, they are polite and friendly, and the facility itself is always clean and nice. I drive past other doggie daycares and go out of my way to go to Digstown. I would reccommend to anyone!!!!
TERRIBLE!. Yes, the facility is new but I think that this is more impressive to us humans and not our dogs. For this, I give them a star. We recently left our pup there for 5 days (so hard - the first time we've been away from her for that long) and are not impressed. They seemed indifferent to special instructions and when I called, I got generic answers like, "Oh yeah, she's fine." When I asked if she has been given her medication, the girl responded confusingly, "What medication." Never mind that I had left explicit instructions for them. It seems to me that most of their staff are 18 years old or less and, as I have said, indifferent. When I arrived that day to pick her up I noticed that there was still an extra baggie of food (labeled for that day. Yes, I put each meal in zip lock bags and labeled them with the date and AM or PM). When I asked why she wasn't fed this morning, the young lady stared at me blankly. "Oh, she did," she said. "Um, okay. Why is this bag of food still here?" I asked. Still puzzled, she excused herself and disappeared into the back. She returned after 5 minutes and said that my dog "just didn't eat this morning." Not wanting to continue, I left. Trust me - - my puppy would never skip a meal. I am convinced that they just forgot and didn't want to tell me so. This all makes me wonder if other meals were missed - - and if my dog really got her eye drops - - or if they really payed attention to her.
The Best By Far...Nothing Compares!. Couldn't agree less with the negative review below. Our experience with Digstown has been fabulous every single time. We have a relatively "high-maintenance" puppy but the entire staff, especially Stacy, have showered her with special attention and endless patience. When the pup cried in her crate at night, they moved her into the office where she had human contact 24/7. When she fell ill, Stacy checked in constantly to see how she was doing. We're about as neurotic as it gets when it comes to leaving our dog but there is nothing more reassuring to us than knowing she's at Digstown. In every instance, the staff makes us feel like we (and our pet) are their top priority. We would never go anywhere else.

I have been a frequent flyer at Digstown for awhile!!! Until now...
The customer service of that place is horrible. They are rude, unprofessional and lack any personality except those who actually interact with the dogs. The owner Stacy is even ruder and has no business skills whatsoever!! They might have a nice place that doesn't have crates, however they treat their customers who give them a business with no respect. I recommend going to another place unless you are willing to put up with rude, selfish, disrespectful people!!!

I have been checking out places in the Denver area, and so far this is the best. Nice big facility, huge out door area with a decent amount of shade and most importantly, NO CRATING! These places that crate the dogs for hours in the middle of the day should be shut down.
I like the cookies they bake and they also board which helps me with my travel schedule.
What I wasn't excited about was the personality of the owner. She was almost rude and acted as if she could care less if she gets my business and paid absolutely no attention to my dog.
I like the facility but I am skeptical about the amount of attention he will get here.
