Good company. I have worked with this company on two separate occasions. On the first occasion, I had a great experience. On the second occasion, I had a problem at first with their installation work. Upon contacting the company, the owner came to my home and fixed the problem himself. I would recommend this company in the future for those looking for shower door installation.

Great service is Richard's trademark. I am a free-lance glazier with over 30 years experience who has assisted Richard on many installations. He does not leave a job undone or a detail unattended to. He is a fine man who always treats his clients right. He has a great reputation and is a joy to work with. I also work with other glass companies, so this is an unbiased, professional opinion. You can always trust Richard to do a great job for you!

Very poor experience. Over two hours late the first time and an hour the third time. Had excuses for poor quality with large gaps on two mirrors. Tried to say that it's supposed to have large gaps and later agreed it was poorly installed. The experience was very poor and I do not recommend!

Never had this person as a customer. He is making this up. If it is true come forward and prove it. It's so convenient being anonymous. It was probably done by the owner of the other glass shop he rated.
