Personal, Friendly and Clean Training and Spa Facility. My husband and I are physique and figure competitors respectively and require a great deal from our training facility since we spend so much of our time there daily (3+ hours!) during contest prep. The environment is clean and intimate (compared to the large chain gyms), the staff is friendly and helpful (the trainers are full of great tips!) and we can accomplish workouts (especially supersets) that would be nearly impossible at other facilities (due to overcrowding). They have 2 smith machines, 2 cable machines and a vast variety of cardio equipment (elliptical, bikes, treadmills, step mills) to ensure availability. The spa locker rooms are spotless and posh, tons of amenties are provided (razors, lotion, cotton balls, curling irons, etc.) and the steam rooms are integral to the success of our pre-competition water lean downs. Emilee Jones--THE BEST Trainer. I started working with Emilee about 9 weeks ago after hearing from several people how wonderful she is. They were all right. Emilee has an immense passion for what she does and is extremely knowledgeable. I can't imagine there are many better trainers in Denver. Wonderful trainer and great person. She will help get anyone motivated to reach their 'goal' make it happen. :)…
Emilee's Nutritional Expertise!.
I started working with Emilee about five weeks ago.
As a triathlete, runner and group exercise instructor that works out approximately six days a week, I recognized I hit a wall. My body weight and fat had plateaued and I knew it had everything to do with my nutrition.
Emilee has helped me recognize the value of protein and the importance of pre/post workout nutrition. I have also seen how beneficial it is to eat small meals every 2-3 hours instead of larger meals every 4-5 hours. Being vegetarian, this was extra challenging for Emilee but she did additional research to make sure we were identifying the right foods (high protein/low calories). Emilee has gotten me past my wall - I have dropped about six pounds and cannot wait to measure my body fat next week...

I've been fortunate enough to have had many massages in my life, but no one has ever come close to the skill of Jenn Gonzalez! I have TMJ disorder and she really made the tension melt away in my jaw

I have known Emilee Jones, personal trainer at Matrix for more than 2 years and during this time she not only helped me set up a rigorous workout routine, she helped me make significant lifestyle changes.
