Emilee is the best!. I have known Emilee Jones, personal trainer at Matrix for more than 2 years and during this time she not only helped me set up a rigorous workout routine, she helped me make significant lifestyle changes. She developed personal workouts & nutrition plans that fit my personality and schedule. She developed workouts that were tough and challenged me to step out of my comfort zone. Working with Emilee helped me while I was training for a 250 mile bike ride & I not only finished the ride, but I was able to complete a century day ride as well. She is an outstanding personal/lifestyle coach & trainer and goes above and beyond any other trainer I have worked with in the past. I would recommend her to anyone who really wants to see a difference in their lives.

Definitely Recommend!. I'm serious about fitness and pretty picky about where I work out. Matrix is never overcrowded, it's clean, and the equipment is in great condition. Matrix offers a wide selection of equipment and machines, and plenty of floor space. Location is easy and convenient, hours are good, and, overall, it's just a great place to work out.

The Management Stinks!. The Owners are shady and should be dealt with accordingly. BEWARE and do not trust!

This place will not be in business much longer.

Best in Town. After checking out gyms all over Denver, Matrix wins, hands down. Great location, great classes, excellent selection of well-maintained equipment...and fantastic staff. Now I need to check out some classes and the spa!

Would recommend this gym in a quick second!. I joined Matrix in the fall and have come to love this gym.. It has a very personal quality about it and the staff is great. I am greeted by my name every time I come in and never have to wait for a machine. The group fitness classes are all very challenging and are never jam packed, like at many other gyms. Overall, GREAT gym and well worth the extra money!

Professional, clean, and new!. I have been a member here for 9 months and I have enjoyed every second of it! There are plenty of machines, new equiptment, friendly staff, and great classes. I moved from Boulder and was a member at Rally Sport. It was difficult finding a gym that could compete with Rally Sport until I discovered Matrix. Well worth the extra $. This is not a gym that focuses on number of members but instead the quality of membership.

One of Denver's Top Gyms. I recently became a member to Matrix at the beginning of December 2010 and I love it. I have extensive experience with gyms as I have been a fitness enthusiast for almost 10 years. I have been a member of nearly 15 gyms in Illinois, DC, Kansas and Colorado and this gym is one of the best.

While it is a physically smaller gym than say 24 Hour Fitness and the Denver and Colorado Athletic Clubs, its facilities appear to be better. Don't get me wrong, there is no doubt that Matrix is more expensive than your 24 Hour fitness. However, you will actually enjoy working out at Matrix due to the uncrowded facility, friendly staff and excellent equipment. When I was a member at 24 Hour Fitness, I avoided the 4pm to 7pm hours like the plague due to the overcrowding, but at Matrix, those are the hours I typically go now!

While I really like Denver Athletic Club, it is far too expensive for a single guy who simply wants a nice place to work out.

Therefore, I recommend Matrix wholeheartedly.

very awesome gym. I have been working out in Matrix since august. And the first thing I have to say about this place is that there are very professional and respectful staff. You can have a lot of benefits with your memebership and the place by itself motivates you to work out and take care of yourself. Another good thing about this place is that it is never crowded, you can go there any time and you will find a place for you to work out.

The trainers are very professional people and they can challenge you according to your skills and interests. I only would like to suggest one thing: To make Matrix be open until 11pm instead of 10pm. every weekday.

In other words, Matrix Fitness and Spa is an awesome gym to workout and to learn more about yourself and also to meet other people. I am so glad to have found this place.

All Time favorite Gym. I have been a member for about a year now. I was never one that enjoyed working out, but i joined to try and learn to love it. Matrix is the ideal place to work out if you want a smaller environment, relaxed setting, and convenient location. The entire staff is fun and friendly, the front desk girl knew my name the first week i joined and now i can just stroll in and say hi and im good to go. Everyone was really helpful when i had a billing issue a few months ago too which normally could have been really frustrating.

I just recently started enjoying XBike (even though its the hardest class i have ever experienced) as well as Amber's yoga classes on Mondays and Wednesdays.

I highly recommend Matrix !!

Impressed. I was a member of the gym about 3.5 years ago until work took me out of state. I did enjoy the gym at that time, mainly for the equipment and amentities but was often taken back by some of their employees. Now I'm happy to say that I am both back in Denver and back at Matrix. The entire club (gym and spa) is under new management and you can tell!! Everything that I loved before is still there but the vibe now is great. Everyone is incredbily helpful and genuine when you you interact with them. I am so happy with my decision to rejoin and absolutely love everything about the club, especially Xbike!
