"Ansley is a superb pilates teacher. She is very conscious of alignment and safety catering each class to the needs of the individuals present. Ansley never just "goes through the motions" but rather she consistently checks in to see how your pilates practice can be the most effective for you! Pilates is an excellent complement to other healing modalities. "

I really enjoy the one on one teaching at Joie de Vivre Pilates. They teach has a whole taking into account the mind and body. I have taken a combination of all the classes from mat to cardio on the machines. It is a great workout and relaxing!
