Terrible Customer Service. Called, told he would be there in 15 minutes. Showed up 1.5 hours later and had pick set only for a car, but was told it was a house when my wife called originally called in. Argue with my wife for 1 hour, drilled the front door lock and tried the garage door. Destroyed both locks and still unable to gain access. Wife was rudely talked to and finally neighbor came over and told locksmith to leave. Paid 35.00 and had to hire another locksmith to gain access and fix both locks. No one at business phone number will return my call.…

really quick!. I called when I got locked of my car while it was running. 15 minutes later they arrived and opened my car really quickly. They also let me know that if I have roadside with my insurance I might be able to get some of the fee reimbursed. I called my insurance and it turns out my roadside does cover it so I am waiting for a check in the mail!…
