I wanted to say thank you to Aly somewhere other than in person because Aly you deserve recognition for the world to see. You did such an amazing job on my lashes and I have tried many different "experts." I was so relaxed and fell asleep while Aly applied the lashes and when I woke up(hopefully I was not snoring) I was so impressed and left feeling extremley glamourous!!Thank You!

I got the eylash extensions done 4 days ago. The procedure was 1hr, where the tech has to apply as many as they can in that time. I was a little dissapointed at first because they can not get many on in the hr. the tech said she put about 15-18 on each eye but I counted only 8-12 on each. They tell you that the lashes will last up to 2 months. They give you an instruction sheet to follow (ex: No steam baths, no running water on eyes, only use oil free cleansers, ect.....) I followed the instructions Exact and have already had many of the lashes fall out. They should not tell you it will last close to 2 months if it has been only 4 days and I've lost many lashes. I let Changz Medi spa know that I was very unhappy w/ the lashes and they didn't offer any money back. It is an expensive procedure for somthing that doesn't hold up for anywhere near the 2 months claimed. I then told them that they sholdn't tell clients they will last that long. They said most of their customers report the lashes lasting almost a month. (witch is still not close to 2 months). They probably had 1 lash left at the end of the month. I feel like I've been ripped off and I would not recommend this service to anyone based on my experience. Stick to the store bought permenent lashes. You will get a fuller effect and at only a few $ you won't feel ripped off when they come off. I hope this review has been helpful.
Pros: Will have nice lashes for first few days.
Cons: Does not last even close to suggested time.
