I wish I hadn't trusted them. I boarded my dog here for three days. It was the first time he was ever boarded and, because he occasionally gets overwhelmed when there are a lot of dogs, I made a point of calling halfway through my trip to ask how he was doing. The owner said he was great, and left it at that.

When I went to pick him up the next day, she immediately started going off about what a "problem" it was to have him there. She told me that he was uncomfortable and had some issues, so she had put him in isolation for the entire duration of my trip. Obviously not happy at hearing this, I quickly reminded her that I had called the day before specifically to ask how he was doing - if a dog is that uncomfortable and unhappy, the owner has a right to know! I could have had a friend or family member pick him up rather than leave him in isolation. I got the feeling, though, that she just wanted to earn the extra night's boarding fee.

I informed her quite sternly that I wasn't paying her to isolate my dog and lie to me about it. At no point did she offer an apology or come to the understanding that she was at all in the wrong. I feel that these people lack understanding of both dogs and the way business works overall.

And as a side note, a friend told me that they had an asbestos violation. If you are still considering this place, I would ask them about it first. (Though, given my experience, I wouldn't expect them to be honest.)

Great daycare!!!!. I have been taking my dog here for the past 1.5 years. I recently moved but still drive 20 minutes out of my way to bring my dog here because he and I love it so much! The staff definitely gets to know your dog and all of his/her lovely traits. Many times when I come to pick up my dog the owner Ana shares stories of the day or laughs that she had with him. Also, my dog needed shots but I couldn't take him because I was going out of town so they ended up taking him for me. I definitely recommend this doggie daycare!

Best grooming in town!. I take my shih tzu to mutt mutt palace for grooming and they do an awesome job with Maggie. I am very specific in the way I want her cut and they listen as well as do exactly what I want. The staff is friendly and courteous and after going there I will not take my girl anywhere else for grooming!
