Don't work here!. For a Catholic institution, you would think that this would be a reasonable, humanitarian place to work. WRONG! Try: no paid maternity leave, no reimbursement for routine gynecological exams, $100 a month insurance premiums that cover next to nothing, no unpaid leave, no flexibility in terms of working from home, and inept management. And let's not forget the brown nosing of the archdiocese! The Jesuit experience is supposed to be one of learning and openness. Instead, there is a very rigid and constraining feel to the place when one is an employee. Coupled with a paltry salary, it's really not a very competitive place to be.…
