I started here over a year ago, and I have noticed a complete turnaround in my life. I went from being a couch potato and eating really bad, to being in shape and eating healthy again. Each day, I have people come up to me and ask me what I'm doing because I look so much better. It's such a great feeling. My confidence is boosted and I couldn't be happier. Don't be fooled, all the work that I have done isn't easy, and my trainer pushes me to the limit every time I go in for my session. I know I wouldn't have the results that I have if he didn't push me, nor would I have the results if I was trying to do this on my own. "I can't" is not in his vocabulary. My trainer is dedicated to what he does, and his passion shows each time I go in. My trainer has helped me learn how to eat right, lift weights correctly, and how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Pros: Location, professionalism, and he takes pride in what he does.

I lost 41 pounds in four months! I went on to compete in a figure competition and took 4th place. I owe it all to the expertise and devotion of my Body Shaping Company trainer! Thank you so much! You changed my life!
Pros: Nice part of town, upbeat atmosphere
Cons: Trainer is hardcore!!! Pushes me harrrrrrd!
