really good service. After I got gas there one day, I went inside and asked whether they might be able to take a look at my horn, which was not working. A mechanic came right out, checked out a couple things under the engine, and fixed it right then and there for no charge. I have since taken my car back for a couple major repairs have been very happy with the service. Their prices are competitive with the dealership, and I like going to a small local business.

Amazing!. Holiday Auto Care has been a complete life saver for me. They are kind, honest, prompt, and efficient, and I couldn't recommend them more highly. I used to have an old Camry, and at one point it needed its belts replaced. HAC replaced the belts, and when they needed replacing again later on, HAC informed me that the belts were still under warranty and that I wouldn't have to pay a penny.

When the Camry was on its last leg and was having problems starting, I took it in to see if there was anything HAC could do to help. They gave the car a full inspection, filled up the oil (which was empty because it was leaking in several places), and gently told me that it was time to get rid of the car. They only charged me for the cost of the quart of oil (about $4).

Recently, I bought a used Jeep, and the day I brought it home it wouldn't start. I waited a few hours, got it to start, and took it to HAC. Mark, the owner, is incredibly kind, helpful, and understanding, and is helping me deal with the dishonest dealership and get my car moving again. Words can't express how grateful I am for Mark. He is truly an angel.

Small Business Big Service. I've done business with Holiday Auto Care and the owners for over 20 years. The service has always been excellent and they go the extra mile to give you that personal attention you don't receive at a big dealership. In fact at a big dealership you will probably never meet the individual that works on your vehicle. There is a good chance when you go back the next time they may not even remember who you are and the mechanic that worked on your vehicle may not be working there anymore.

I noticed that an individual wrote a review complaining about their prices and the fact that they don't have a waiting room. I know for a fact that the mechanics at Holiday Auto Care have all the certifications and the high tech diagnostic equipment as any dealership. As far as pricing, they repaired a window switch on my Honda Ridgeline and a broken rear retractable seat. Honda wanted over $400 for the parts on the seat alone, Kacey figured out a way to fix it with a part that cost me $95. As far as a waiting room, why not go for a walk and get some exercise while your waiting?

Kudos to Copland's for the great service!!

wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I have used Holiday Auto Care for my multiple auto needs for the past two years. They are consistently: - convenient - honest - dependable Mark, the person I deal with the most, is unfailingly polite and honest in his dealings with me. Unlike other shops that use "scare tactics" to try and get me, a woman who has no clue about cars, to buy all sorts of parts and work for my cars, he gives me a list, I ask him what is the bottom line to keep the car safe, and he tells me what that is. He then leaves the decision to me without further hassle or pressure.

As for pricing on work, I think they are competitive with most other shops. I have recommended this shop to all my friends for their auto repair needs.

Small shop big dealership prices. Shop pricing here is 104.50 per hour. The dealership where I bought my car is 105 per hour. Not exactly a huge discount. What I had done: Transmission flush and fill: Quoted $150, Charged 179.64. Change oil in differentials and transfer case: Quoted $40 per axle, and $50 for the trans case (Total 120.) Charged 178.64.

I also had them replace the wipers and one brake light. Here are a couple jobs just screaming "We can take care of that. No problem." I was charged a premium price for the wiper blades (25.90 for the pair) AND parts and labor for the brake light.

All that after I told them I was sent there by an established lifelong customer. The waiting room? Oh that's the tiny convenience store with constant traffic. When I challenged them on pricing, I was greeted with scare tactics about how if I go anywhere else, I'll pay over $800 from the hidden fees. That was before they slapped me with all the hidden fees they charged.

When my friend touted this place I was sure I found my mechanics for life... My quest will continue and I will never darken their doorstep again.
