I went here for the first time for the Dining in Denver series. The set menu was fantastic. My favorite part was the Brussel Sprout salad - most unique dish I have had in years. The space is beautiful and they have a really nice outdoor patio. While this restaurant is in a hotel - I would not consider this your typical hotel restaurant.
