Rich Man's Hotel. Who can afford to stay here in these times of survival? Furthermore, this is just another Marriott Hotel for the upper-upper-class -- built only for the privilaged fat wallets. Oh, I'm sure its a nice experience as some have commented here but get real!

These luxury hotels might find themselves closing up the way things are going south. What are the rates? $250+ a night at this place?

Not worth it. I was so excited to get a facial at the ritz as the reviews seem to be so good. The ambiance, front desk, steam room and treatment rooms are awesome. What is lacking is the quality of the treatments. I had both a facial and massage. Neither were impressive. I go to spas about once a month (I'm a flight attendant) and have been to almost every one of the top spas in the nation. My massage was fine, but nothing to write home about. The facial was just mediocre. My therapist did one extraction when I asked her to concentrate on that. She also was sloppy when applying masks and did such a poor job on my facial massage (I believe it was under 3 mins. long) that I kept wondering what I was paying for. She then proceeded to clean the room while I was masking. Never had I experienced this. While this spa is beautiful and the staff very friendly, I would hardly call it worth the money. I won't be back.

Best Spa Experience in Denver. What else would you expect from the Ritz Carlton but an exceptional facility and even better service. The spa is brand new and is the perfect size to make you feel like you have escaped the race and landed in bliss. Show up early and take time to enjoy the ammenities before your service. Allow the staff to personalize your visit by talking to them about what you like and don't like. The next time you come in you'll be surprized by how they remember and accomodate you. If you want the best this is the place to go for sure. Enjoy......I did!

best facial. I love that Denver know has a Ritz Carlton Spa. I recently had the best facial ever... I loved the Comfort Zone products from Italy and the fact that the esthetician was very educated and experienced. The facilities are beautiful and the staff very friendly and helpful. Go when you can spend some extra time in the beautiful steam and whirpool. The wonderful treat anytime!!!

Best Spa in Denver!!. When the Ritz-Carlton opened it's spa, I had heard so much about it already that I just had to check it out. Walking into the spa makes you forget you're in the middle of Downtown Denver. Everything is so peaceful and quiet, I wanted to take a nap in the lobby of the Spa, I hadn't even gotten into the locker rooms yet. The people there are all so nice and down to earth, it only makes the experience more serene. The concierge urges you to use the facilities before your service if you so choose, so I hopped in the steam room, which is equiped with light therapy and aroma therapy!! When it came time to get my services I was already so relaxed that I felt like I was dreaming, it was the perfect build up to an even more perfect massage. My massage therapist let me pick the scents I wanted to truely personalize my experience, I felt like I was the most important person in the world!! I can't wait until my next visit!!

Epitome of luxury!. Beautiful spa tucked in the heart of busy Denver. The treatments vary for classic manicures to exotic and hypnotic Thai Herbal Poultice. The therapist I received my treatment from took great care to make sure that every detail of my visit exceeded my high expectations. The private locker rooms enhanced tranquility featuring whirlpool, a steamroom and relaxation lounge. The exceptional service of the entire staff left me excited for my next visit! Validated parking was a huge plus.

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT. The Ritz-Carlton spa is the best spa in Denver. The whole experience was wonderful. Best massages. The facilities were outstanding!!! This is a must go must see.
