Voila'! Mobile Spa

My reply to Shannons Review. You need to stop this Shannon. You were very happy on your wedding day. Our event Coordinator, nail tech and hair stylist said everything went well. The photographer said everything went well. You were very happy then. You have your wedding pictures posted on the internet and they look beautiful. We sent an extra hair tech out there as a gift from us because you seemed depressed about not being able to afford to get the flower girls done because you had no money. I paid for that. A few days later you started complaining. Not just about us but about every vendor, every relative and every friend that showed up or didn't show up at your wedding. I am not your therapist, although you sent me random emails about your depression and unhappiness. I got sucked in by it and allowed you to take advantage of me. We are very proud of our reputation and we do great work. We have never had a complaint before because we have worked very hard to be the best we can. Unfortunately there are people out there that try to get something for nothing and I unfortunately took your job, when everything inside me said not to. Absolute WORST Wedding Experience Ever!. Voila Mobile Spa is not recommended by us! Their communication is limited and takes a long time to get a response back. Further, they are extremely understaffed and overbooked--leading to services not being completed or completed on-time. They constantly reschedule on you.

Our wedding day was to have 2 hair/makeup ladies and one nail technician. We had that until 45 minutes into the morning. The 2nd hair/makeup lady abruptly left and in turn, delayed us directly into the wedding ceremony. We never did gain any Bride or Bridal party shots at all. Because of this, we now have no wedding album unless we choose to have one with no Bride in it. They have happily taken our money, changed their story about why the 2nd hair/makeup lady was fired that day and refuse to refund us any portion of our money. We also posted an honest review on their website and they have removed it. They have treated me like garbage since that day and have ignored my upset and requests for a partial refund and acknowledgement of what they have done to us. The lack of photography coverage that is directly their fault, the insults that had been relayed to me in an email message, the denial of the payment we did pay for services, and their suggestion that they bent over backwards to make us happy and what a wonderful job they did on our wedding day? We have NO photos of the Bride and the Maid of Honor, or any of the other party. We were 10 minutes late for the ceremony. Sure, our hair and makeup looked beautiful, but the wedding day does include expensive photography-- $2,000 worth---that is a waste now. We can't go back and redo that day again. And any Bride will never get over her "day" getting screwed up and then never recieving any validation from it.

A wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime event that is full of emotions, planning, and money. This is a big investment for just one day. This a day that should never be screwed up. However, Voila Mobile Spa--Linda and Corine, have screwed up that day, refuse to take credit for what happened, continue to ignore us and our request for resolution, and have also tried very hard to silence us with our warnings to future customers. DO NOT trust them no matter how "nice" they may seem. They are only interested in money, not you!…

Best Mobile Spa. I would highly recommend using Voila' spa for your wedding services! I can't imagine how we would have done it without them! They were professional, timely, and did a fantastic job on our hair, makeup and nails. I am glad we took the stress out of our day by having them come in. While one person worked on our hair there was someone else putting on our makeup and someone else was giving us pedicures. Not only that but we all got shoulder massages while waiting. We looked coordinated and we felt relaxed! It was a wonderful idea.

Oh and they even brought in robes, music, candles....wow! I just wished everything else went as perfect.

Perfect for a wedding day!. I was looking for something fun and relaxing to do with my wedding party on the day of my wedding and Voila Spa provided just that! They were great from beginning to end. They took care of all of the set-up and created a spa in our hotel! The massages, pedicures, and manicures were great. Linda and her staff were wonderful to work with and it was reasonably priced unlike many other spas I checked into. I am just waiting for another event to come up to have an excuse to use them again!!
