Great Lunch

I've been to the Brio a few times and I am never disappointed. I love the steak salad. Nice wine list, great ambiance and the service was good. I also love the lobster bisque!

Worst Dining Experience This Year

OY, get it together Brio! We went on Aug 15th /w out of town guests. Seated well past reservation time. Took forever to order, than excruciating time before food served. Lasagna & calamari was good but my mushroom ravioli was totally burned to the plate and my sister's risotto was a doughy lump. Management seemed not to have a clue how to resolve this and actually could be seen at their station whispering and pointing at our table as if WE were the problem. Only the bad food was comped. I contacted the corporate HQ who were great, sent coupons and promised to get the entire meal comped. That we haven't seen yet but could still happen.
Go to Maggianos for good italian & great service.

Been there 2x and love it...

We had a surprise lunch there on Saturday and the staff was awesome in helping us! They did balloons and seated us in an area that is sectioned off by curtains, etc. it was great. The service was much better this time around as the first time I went a few months ago I think they were still trying to figure it all out. I would recommend trying this place and then make your own "review"!!!
