You get what you pay for.. Absolutely not cheap, I have to say I was a bit taken back by the price at first. I had some pet stain issues. Their sytem for treating pet stains is far superior to any company I have ever used before. The system was time and labor intensive, and there for a bit more expensive. I am so pleased with the results, they will be the only ones I call from now on. Worth a bit more money!…
Unethical Sales Practices. Stay away from them. Very unethical sales practices. Zerorez quoted me $234 over the phone. I was very specific with the fact that I had pet issues, because I wanted assurances they would be able to address these issues. I just installed new carpet and I have a small dog that is on steroids which is causing accidents. They told me they would use a Black Light to identify any trouble spots. AT NO TIME did they state there would be an additional charge for removing stains. I assumed that professionally cleaning my carpets would include stain removal - why else would I have them come out? Once they got here they wanted over $400 for the cleaning. I took the afternoon of work to be able to let them in and had to send them away. What a waste of time... Really 2x as much!…
