Great service, great value. I've been using MaidPro for a few months now and am really pleased with their service. They do an exceptional job making sure you are happy, they follow up after each cleaning service and if they missed something they will make it right. The manager is really easy to talk to and will find out what your priorities are so that they can focus the most attention on what you want done. I've even received a coupon book for future free services after so many visits! I love coming home to a fresh-smelling home that's clean from top to bottom and would recommend them to anyone.

Broomfield's Best Cleaning Company. We have been with MaidPro for just over 6 months. What a magnnificent job they have done. I really have to congratulation them for the last clean...we'd been out of the country for almost a month. Dust, dog hair, mess everywhere. It was so nice to come home Tuesday night from work and have a beautifully cleaned, sparkling home. Thank you, MaidPro! I would recommend you to anyone!

You should totally use Maid Pro!!. As a single professional it is so wonderful to come home from work on the day of my clean. Just thinking about opening the door and knowing EVERYTHING is clean and there is absolutely nothing that I need to do. The cleaners have always been friendly & courteous. The customer service has been great and they are flexible when I've needed it. I have been using Maid Pro for the last 5 years. And have recommened them to many family and friends who also use them.

MaidPro Broomfield Housecleaning is Fantastic. I LOVE MaidPro Broomfield! They are A FANTASTIC CLEANING COMPANY!! The best customer service!

I had always used an individual in the past for housecleaning, instead of a service, but I'll probably never go back now.

When I first called to get set up, I was so impressed with the friendliness and professionalism. My first cleaning was very good, but I did have a couple of areas that I thought could be cleaned a little more thoroughly. I called back the next day with this feedback and she offered to have them come back out immediately to clean the area. I didn't feel that was necessary, but when they came back on the next scheduled day, that area was cleaned perfectly. I never had another complaint after that. In fact, it was perfect each time after that.

I love that I can set a time limit of two hours, or just give a list of the things I need done since not everything needs done each time. I also love that a house cleaning service can switch days if necessary; which an individual cannot usually do.

About 7 months ago, we had to stop the service due to financial reasons; however, I was just able to hire them back this week. I got a discount for coming back, and they even sent one of the same ladies who used to clean. It was great, because she already knew the house and knew how I liked it clean. I am so happy to have them back!!

Hopefully I'll never have to leave you again! MaidPro Broomfield is great!

Saved Me!. I was in a bind with last minute company, they squeezed me on their schedule last minute. I've used them on and off for several years and always have great customer service and great cleans. I was able to enjoy my company coming rather then stress about it, thanks to MaidPro. I highly recommend them, I've always had a good experience.

Thank you for the EXCEPTIONAL service!. This company is the most professional Maid service I have ever experienced. Patricia and Ruth did an immaculate job. My husband and I were out during the cleaning and when we came home we were so happy to see our house sparkling in every nook and cranny. Good Price as well!

Great Clean, Great Service. I hired MaidPro 3 years ago to clean my home in Broomfield. With 3 baths, 3 levels and one dog, it was getting to be too much work to keep everything dust-free and clean for parties and company. Now my place sparkles and I can feel good about having company over more regularly. It's amazing what a difference their talented cleaning crew can make in just one visit! They have been prompt and thorough every time, usually going the extra mile to make sure we're happy with their service. Oh, and they use green products, which was an important factor in my decision to hire them. I would absolutely recommend their service to anyone who is looking for a green cleaning company they can trust. :) And I have no idea where the other negative reviews for this MaidPro are coming from - I was recommended MaidPro by a friend who also uses their services and neither of us have had any major complaints at all.

MAIDPRO BROOMFIELD STINKS!. I had a terrible experience with them - they are the WORST CLEANING SERVICE EVER - and their service SUCKS!!!!!!! I signed up for weekly service with the promised 5th cleaning free. I had a different person for each of my services - so I had to train everyone each time! On the fifth time - they charged me, and refuse to cancel the charges, although that was the deal we signed up for!!! They said they will come back and clean for a 6th time, but they do a terrible job, I would like my 5th cleaning free! Oh and not to mention that on week 2 the "Maids" scratched the heck out of my BRAND NEW shower glass door and when I reported it, Stephanie ignored that I even told her! NOTHING! Week 2 was also 3 hours late, and no one called me to tell me, so i sat around waiting for them to show up!

MAIDPRO BROOMFIELD, CO is terrible, not above board, and their customer service is in the toilet!!

A Nightmare. I hired MaidPro for a one-time cleaning which I was pleased with, however when I signed up for regular service the nightmare started. I was given a cleaning lady who did next to nothing, no sweeping, no dusting, no countertops, etc. When I complained, they sent the *same* lady with a trainee to 'help' instead of the extra hour of cleaning time promised. On our final scheduled date, they moved our cleaning date up a week without notice. I was out of town on that date (not to mention that the girl was 3 hours late, if it had been that date) but I was charged nonetheless and the company refuses to refund the charges. They are dishonest and do not respond to e-mail or calls in a timely manner. They 'forget' or say they sent mail that 'must have gotten lost.' Somehow this only happens with them. Save yourself a lot of headaches and choose another company.
